“Phenomenal service and communication from start to finish. My wife and I have a 2026 Tesla Model Y and I hit a deer about a month ago. Even with the collision avoidance software I was still not able to avoid the deer. The challenge with repairing a Tesla is the fact it is a requirement for the repair center to be certified by Tesla in order to retain factory warranty. CARSTAR is certified and not many other shops in the area are. Wilbur was the case agent who was assigned our claim and was outstanding. He provided regular and timely updates as our car went through the repair process. Due to circumstances beyond his control the technicians were not able to complete all of the repairs prior to the Thanksgiving Holiday as planned. The shop also took care of coordinating and arranging our rental vehicle. Overall a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this shop for any collision repair services.”

“Seeing someone else's horror story about a scammy tow company made me glad I picked this place when my starter went out. Even on a Sunday, I was answered by a professional sounding assistant who politely guided me through options and quotes. (Before this, I tried connecting with another company that seemed a bit scammy looking back and barely got back to me before saying their driver couldn't)

The driver was super kind as well! He tried to jump start my car, even getting in himself to try starting it, but before even doing that was informative enough to know it wasn't just a dead battery (as I'd tried jumping it with a neighbor earlier).

I was just glad that on a Sunday, and thankfully from home, they were able to get to me in less than 1.5 hours and drop off to my mechanic down a couple miles away. I'm not sure what typical rates are because I used to have service through my former insurance. Jump start price maybe seemed high, but that was eliminated due to nonissue.The tow price didn't seem obnoxious considering. (I wouldn't have wanted to spend money on anything anyways but it is what it is lol)

“Yesterday our family car blew a tire on the highway. Most repair shops were either closing or couldn’t change our tire. Croppers picked all four of us up (even our little cavapoo) and replaced two tires while also staying past their closing time. The rate and service they gave us was great, Jeff, the owner was so nice and friendly. Really thankful for them staying late and helping us out! Thank you guys again!”
