“I had this shop perform a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) on a car I was considering buying. They seemed to do a thorough inspection, and I appreciated the time they spent looking the vehicle over. The only downside for me was the price, which was a little on the high side compared to some other places I looked into. Also, after the inspection, I didn't receive a written report or photos documenting what they found. That doesn't mean the inspection wasn't high quality, but as someone buying a car from several hours away, having a detailed report with pictures would have been very helpful and would have given me something to refer back to later. Overall, I believe they did a good inspection. My only suggestion would be to provide customers with a written report and photos along with the results, especially for people buying vehicles from out of town. Thanks again for your help, and I wish you all the best”
