“I visited this morning for my car inspection and i got impressed! The place just started doing inspections on Sundays, and the inspector Amin was very professional, Friendly and helpful. He even offered me free coffee while I waited. The sitting area was clean and comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly. I really recommend this place , great service and great people!”

Recently I usually get gas on Sunday when needed. Vincent is on duty and now when I pull in, he offers to pump the gas for me. That's very nice as I am elderly and recently have had surgery on both feet and standing/balance can be challenging. TY Vincent!
Last Month I stopped in an chatted with Favio Burke...I had renewal decals for my tags, but I am unable to bend over and remove the tags to get the decals on properly. It was a cold rainy day, and he took a look and brought the tags inside. He cleaned them up with spray 9 and allowed me to apply the decals. He then reinstalled them on the car perfectly. I asked him how much do I owe you, and he replied no charge. He wouldn't take a tip nor buy him lunch! I couldn't say TY enough, as I have a partial disability and elderly. He was genuine friendly and seemed quite knowledgeable about automotive issues. TY Favio!”

“Stopped in this afternoon after reading the sandwich reviews. So many shops get subs wrong and they rocked it. Thin sliced turkey, the right amount of mayo, a nice sharp provolone and a soft roll with the right amount of chew. Anytime a liquor store dedicates floor space for a deli you know the sandwiches are gonna be great. This place did not disappoint. I'll be back for sure.”

TL:DR - Hiring process is crap and annoying to deal with, Hispanic section is good, and their donuts are AMAZING.
Come here AT LEAST for the donuts, fr worth it.
8 of my friends (9 including me) never got any kind of response when we applied to work here, plus the managers always seemed to mysteriously unavailable to be spoken to.
I've literally called the store, got told to call back the next morning, called the next morning, "Manager on vacation" :/
when will they be back? " X date." Thanks so much.
Called back on X date, "She'll be here tomorrow morning" thanks.
Calls back tomorrow morning, "Hi, not here. Call again tomorrow morning."
At which point I came INTO THE STORE to speak with this elusive hiring manager, just to be told that they were on vacation and won't be back for a while.

So suffice to say, hiring process seems messy, outdated, unreliable, and flat out non-functional at times.
The website needs to be updated, the employees need proper customer service training because regardless of what I'm calling about, and who's answering, it's always in a tone that sounds like I might aswell be interrupting a neurosurgeon mid incision.
The only redeeming quality of this store is what it sells, and I'm not talking standard groceries.
Not only does Shoppers have a decent spread of hispanic foods, ingredients, drinks & snacks, but it's also got some of, if not THE BEST donuts you could buy from a store.
The donut chains like Dunkin or Krispy Kreme got nothing on SFW donuts, they got Croissant donuts (Cronuts), marble iced, Holland Creme (my favorite), jam filled, lemon pudding filled, boston creme, and of course all your standard donut types like powdered, brown sugar, plain and glazed, not to even mention some specialty ones they have on occasion like the apple pie filled brown sugar, or marbled icing cronuts.
Plus they're reasonably priced, which automatically raises the rating for me.

The food court has ample seating with a small restaurant choice for eating. Navy Federal is directly besides the food court.
There are two levels in this building and the second level( depending which way you enter)has a package store, electronics, snacks, food, pharmacy, barbershop, and household department.
It has most of what you need with decent prices. Not too many sale items.”

The entire staff is honest, friendly and hardworking. “I will only deal with this pharmacy. My husband is on a lot of medications and they carefully check for interactions and may actually in this way have saved his life. The pharmacists are super. Grace goes out of her way to be helpful to us, and Ahmed helps with very practical advice (like, take blood pressure and if systolic is over 150 don’t take meloxicaml. None of my doctors could be that specific). The techs are also very kind and helpful. I do wish that CVS would hire more staff because they work very hard and at times the lines are long—but to their credit they never let it compromise the care they show each customer.”
