From the Manager Joel to his assistant Jessica, they kept me in the loop to let me know what the repairs would cost and how soon my car would be back in my possession. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their car fixed correctly and expeditiously!”

“Grace went above and beyond for me today — I had scraped my bumper so that it was almost falling off, and the plastic rivets were gone. She got her personal screwdriver from her car, attempted to twist out one of the remaining rivets for size, and, when that didn’t work, she still selected and sold me the perfect rivet. She let me borrow a screwdriver, gave me her zip ties to tie up a stubborn section of the bumper, and ensured I cleaned the oil from my hands. I was so thoroughly pleased by her can-do attitude and superior customer service! Thank you, Grace!”

“I ordered a cab corner via eBay for my 1994 Chevy K1500 pickup truck. The cab corner is of good quality, both in craftsmanship and the material. I cut it down to size, so my seam is under the molding. I am happy with the results and would recommend this part to anyone that needs their cab corner replaced.
The part was packed carefully, and it arrived promptly & undamaged. I'm very happy with the results.

I called the store along the way and spoke with Chris B. and I asked if he could grab me windshield wipers prior to my arrival which he did and installed them for me without asking in the rain.

“Recently had trouble with my truck in town. We were just able to make it to O'Reillys. I had to borrow a couple of tools to tighten the connection to the battery terminals. The staff were great and very accommodating. I made the adjustment needed. By then the battery had died. I went back in to see if they could help, and they did! The associate came out with a jump box and got my jalopy running again. I'm very grateful. Knowledgeable and kind. Thank you.”

“Not too many businesses seem to believe in INTEGRITY anymore, this location is not one of them. I was having car trouble on Mother's Day and thought it was the battery. So I drove to this location because I know they do free testing on batteries. The manager Chris D who is absolutely amazing at his job, came out to help me. After a quick diagnosis he determined that it wasn't my battery but most likely my starter. After a few more tests and watching YouTube videos, yes he took the time to watch videos to help determine the problem. He came to the conclusion that it was indeed my starter. So I purchased the starter for my car towed back home and swapped it out. It took about 40 minutes to do and it fired up on the first turn of the key. I am very grateful for Chris D and his staff for showing INTEGRITY for his community and customers. There are many auto parts stores located in our area and I will only shop here. So thank you again Chris D and the staff at Auto Zone for caring enough about people to actually help them.”
