I purchased an electric fuel pump from that store in 2020 with a lifetime warranty.The pump I purchased,cost several dollars more then,than the same
pump today.However,there was quite a bit of travel time,& my own time involved in the warranty process.
Jason refunded me the full amount of what I paid for the pump in 2020.
He is a people person that has the morals of yesteryear!And he seems to be passing on that trait to those that work under him,on the business ladder!
He is,without doubt,the 2nd best manager Ive had the pleasure of working with in my lifetime,at any recent parts stores.

“I would give a higher number if it was able, I want to invite any one who needs parts or help. I would like to thank the lady on the left behind the counter and Chris Acosta, I went in needing a tail light for my F150 that I recently got on 6-22 the next day I went back with a problem ,he came out to my truck and helped. I went back on 7-1 to purchase two head light units later I began to second guess what I needed so again Chris Ascosta was going to switch what got for LEDs he made the change then went went out to make sure that I had what I needed, we looked under the hood took a picture and found out that he HAD sold me the right one’s, So we went back in and changed it back to the start. So by now most people would have been angry , but Chris and Fisher was AWESOME I never felt like I was stupid , I was treated with the highest of respect.I will always go there and I am telling every one that I know. “I ordered a cab corner via eBay for my 1994 Chevy K1500 pickup truck. The cab corner is of good quality, both in craftsmanship and the material. I cut it down to size, so my seam is under the molding. I am happy with the results and would recommend this part to anyone that needs their cab corner replaced.
The part was packed carefully, and it arrived promptly & undamaged. I'm very happy with the results.

“Overall great experience with them. I had them do an alignment, two new tires, and replace the tire on my spare. Everything was reasonably priced and very transparent. The garage was spacious, well-lit, and surprisingly tidy and clean. The people at the desk as well as the mechanics were friendly, helpful and professional.
I’ve had pretty negative experiences with multiple other alignment/tire related places around Forest and Lynchburg, so it was a relief to finally find a good shop. I will be going back in the future. I was recommend to this shop by a friend who also had repeated good experiences here.”
