Every business was slowed down by supply chain and quality issues, and my engine reman process was not exempt from that pain. But Doug always made it right, and I'm extremely pleased with the outcome of Doug's work. He knows his stuff, and stands behind his work. I will definitely be working with Doug again, but this time, on the preventative maintenance side of my other Cat engine!”
