“Bought a 2-in-1 Softball training net (one where you throw the ball and it'll bounce back to you). When I got home, I discovered one of the pieces hadn't been made correctly and was missing a drilled hole. I called the store and they said I could swap the piece for one from another box. All told, everyone was very nice and helpful in helping me locate what I needed and getting the proper piece. Would definitely buy something here again! Adding picture of the finished product...”
