“This is properly the best pharmacy that I have used in the past. I used to go to Walgreens and it was a disaster dealing with them for every single prescription I have filled or refilled. It is really nice that my pharmacist remembered my name and my child's name which does not happen anywhere else. The pharmacist was very knowledgeable as always. It was a very positive experience. I was truly impressed. You do have to call to leave a message to speak with the pharmacist, however it was quick and easy and my call was always returned within 30 minutes which has always been my experience. I now included my daughter to use this pharmacy as well. I would strongly use this pharmacy. Very impressive and great service.”
“I wanted to specifically recognize Daniel in the pharmacy for his exceptional kindness, professionalism, and patience today. My daughter was treated in the pediatric ER last night for a severe asthma exacerbation, and one of the discharge recommendations involved saline sinus rinses alongside her nebulizer treatments. I had never used these products before and honestly felt overwhelmed trying to understand the different options.
Daniel took the time to thoroughly explain the differences between the rinses, answer my questions with patience and compassion, and even suggested an additional over-the-counter product that could help support her recovery. At a time when I was exhausted and worried as a parent, his calm and genuinely caring approach made a huge difference.
It is easy to underestimate how meaningful these interactions can be, but employees like Daniel are exactly why our local Walgreens continues to stand out. Please recognize him for the outstanding customer care he provided today.”
“Here for a quick medication pickup. First time here since the new building opened. First impression is she is beautiful!(Yep. She is a Lady) She is sleek, light and bright with lots of natural greenery around her. Again, I saw outside space with seating for relaxing in the sun and taking a quick break( That good vitamin D Ba-be!) which seems to be a theme with the 2 new buildings I have seen. Hint: there was no one in the pharmacy line ahead of me at 4:30. In and out. They are tearing down the old building next door for parking. Peep this. They have golf carts(I saw 2) in service to pick People up and transport them to the building. Cool beans!!!! I did not partake because I need all the steps and then some. But I digress . . “I love having a pharmacy nearby, and overall, I am happy with it, the staff, etc. It's far better than the typical pharmacy - more of a personable, hometown feel.
But, even so, the processes can be confusing for the unitiated. The rules are not all entirely under their control, but just something to be aware of so you are prepared for the system to work differenly than one might expect if you are new to the area, system, how certain prescriptions are handled, etc.
Jill is excellent and the very best person in the entire organization. She should have a huge raise and promotion because she always gets things right, always knows what to do, is empathetic, and does it all with a smile on her face even when it's extremely busy.”
