“I had an emergency at 5:45pm on a Saturday on a long holiday weekend. My doctor was able to prescribe a medication immediately but I had to find a pharmacy that could fill it. Not only did Michelle and Aleeza take the prescription over the phone, they were incredibly efficient and served my medication with a smile right at 6 (closing time). I am incredibly grateful for their diligence (it must have been tempting to close up early and go enjoy the evening) and compassion - Giant Pharmacy is lucky to have them.”

“Here for a quick medication pickup. First time here since the new building opened. First impression is she is beautiful!(Yep. She is a Lady) She is sleek, light and bright with lots of natural greenery around her. Again, I saw outside space with seating for relaxing in the sun and taking a quick break( That good vitamin D Ba-be!) which seems to be a theme with the 2 new buildings I have seen. Hint: there was no one in the pharmacy line ahead of me at 4:30. In and out. They are tearing down the old building next door for parking. Peep this. They have golf carts(I saw 2) in service to pick People up and transport them to the building. Cool beans!!!! I did not partake because I need all the steps and then some. But I digress . . “This Walgreens is an immaculate, spacious and floors are kept conditioned and displayed appropriately during seasonal changes. The managers and staff are very professional, friendly and their store behaviors make your shopping experience wonderful. They are very knowledgeable and helpful with returns and pricing. Crystal the pharmacy manager is a gem. She goes beyond to assist you with all of your health needs. She makes herself available even during the busiest times. If you call Crystal she doesnt appear to be bothered or evasive. Her phone etiquette is admirable. She is very professional and accurate when it comes to filling prescriptions.The techs are wonderful always working diligently and the atmosphere that is created in the pharmacy shows the upmost respect to hippa and the security of your personal info. The techs become familiar with their pharmacy customers and address their customers respectfully. This pharmacy does get very busy but the lines are quickly attended to and never ignored, to navigate thru the day. Crystal is well appreciated for the dedication that she displays on a daily basis. She is definitely trusted for her integrity that she displays on a daily basis. The alternate pharmacists are also kind and professional. The most important thing is Crystal RPH nor the techs judge you they treat every person the same with. Dignity and respect and that's very hard to find.”

But I had a challenge where my doctor, the pharmacy, my insurer and a drug manufacturer could not communicate to resolve an expensive drug my doctor wanted me to take. Only Salma Mohamed cared enough or had the skills to follow it through to the end for me. I really appreciated her kindness to me and her confidence that she could solve a problem others passed the buck on.”

“I've never had a 'great' experience with a CVS until now. A mix-up with a prescription (from the doctor's end) left us without a life-saving medication for our 3-month-old after getting discharged from the hospital and right before the pharmacy was closing. Selma and Paul (and one other woman who left before I could get her name) stayed late to help get it sorted out while I was on the phone with our doctor. After a terrible week with an ill baby, their patience and professionalism was incredible and I can't thank them enough for being flexible and helpful in a moment of panic for my family.”
