“Davis General Store... Besides the gas station, it is way more than just another convenience store. Inside you'll find a sandwich counter with breakfast and lunch specials, subs and sandwiches made while you wait, with a smaile and pleasant conversation. If you're in a hurry, made daily selections include egg, chicken, and ham salad. Southern traditions like pork BBQ with cole slaw, with a Moon Pie and RC cola! Also available is a wide assortment of sodas and beer. Be sure to say hi to Salsa, the 15 year old with lab, if she is awake... always good to see the old girl there.The Saturday morning highlight is the farm stand set up by Becerra family at their farm in Hague, VA. All produce raised by them. A well kept secret with great tomatoes (including green for frying, heirloom, and the type that one slab makes a super BLT.) Peppers of all varieties, delicious and substantial bi-color corn, several types of squash, zucchini, and don't forget a bouquet of flowers flowers that the family grows. Well worth the short drive from Fairfax County Parkway to check it out.Another review said no restroom... there is one, you have to ask.. the restroom is a clean and well-stocked porta-john out back with hand sanitizer.Pleanty of parking and a couple of tables across the lot from the store. There appears to be an outdoor seating area but I've never been there when it was open (if it ever is.) They sell propane and kerosene.”

“One of the smaller locations in Northern Virginia. However, it's packed with food, customers and staff, so nothing stays on the shelves for long. Considering that this strip mall boasts a Whole Foods as well as a Giant Supermarket, amazed that all the groceries chains are flourishing. Big parking lots but it's still packed!”

“Huntsman Square Giant is one if the best grocery stores I’ve frequented! The staff is excellent, from the seafood/meat counters to floral and checkout, and always good for a laugh! The manager, Jason, is a really nice guy and he keeps the store in impeccable shape. The smell of bread baking across the hall at Subway follows you well into the store, and there is a big open area where you can get your steps in on a rainy day, sit down and eat, or check out the comics store. There’s also a Starbucks in the square if you want to grab coffee before you shop. 10/10 shopping experience overall!”

“Mom's organic market is more than you can imagine. Order takeout lunch or dinner at the "Naked Lunch' kitchen inside then pick up your groceries. Sip a bit of coffee (free) while they slice to order your fresh bread. A wide variety of foods and they even have last minute gift ideas--pick up an adorable wool bird house or luxury soap. “I love Lidl. It reminds me of living overseas in Germany, and I think other shoppers also appreciate the European feel the store has to it. Today Lidl was exploding with pumpkin spice everything in every aisle, signaling the office start to fall. I almost picked up some pumpkin spice Kefir, but I don’t love all the sugar the flavored Kefir’s contain.(UPDATE) Some people don’t love how cold it gets down the meat and cheese aisle, but on this hot Labor Day it was a welcome retreat from the heat. Since the temperature has dropped in the last week it feels a lot colder in the store and I noticed employees wearing fleeces today (9/10)A trip to Lidl generally doesn’t allow me to check off everything on my shopping list, but I can get a majority of what I need here. Also, pay attention to prices because not everything is less expensive at Lidl, which tends to carry more brand name items than Aldi.(UPDATE) I bought the enameled cast iron Dutch Oven in the picture today for $24.99 after the $5 rebate with the Lidl app. Pretty excited. They had lots of colors and different sizes when I went, but I’m sure they’ll go fast.”

“I love this place, all the food and snacks are wonderful. The staff is kind and I love practicing my very rusty Polish. My kids love to come here with me!*The only thing I wish and this is just a suggestion. I live very far away from the store an hour drive +. I wish I could make an order online to pick up in store. That way I know for sure that I will get the things that I really want. Especially on Pączki days! Recently I traveled there to restock some Polish things but unfortunately many things weren't in stock or limited stock. For example my kids love the meat Uszka they carry. I usually buy like 10+ but they only had 4 this time.”

“So this was my first Aldi experience - ever. I driven past them for years, but never set foot inside. That was 3 days ago. I've been back every day since then... You want to talk about sticker shock - in a good way - that is here. Huge fan already. I travel 250+ days a year, and stay in the suites with a refrigerator and a cook top, discovering this place is a game changer for my quality of life.
