“Great experience at Farrish Auto Body Fairfax. Our vehicle was damaged in a recent snow/ice/“snowcrete” storm when snow and ice fell off of a store roof onto the windshield and hood of our van. The folks at Farrish communicated well with us and kept us updated using phone calls, texts, and emails. They worked closely with our insurance company and the repairs were completed ahead of the projected repair time. The work was outstanding and the paint, trim, and other parts matched our vehicle perfectly. Our van is working great. There is one follow-up item to be done as the part wasn’t in when we picked up our vehicle, but the folks at Farrish already coordinated our appointment.”

“Overall, I had a very positive experience. The team, especially the ladies at the front desk, was very helpful and handled communication directly with the insurance company and rental car services, which made the process much less stressful. The only downside was that I usually had to call in to get updates rather than receiving proactive communication. That said, whenever I did call, the staff was responsive and happy to provide information. The final result was excellent--my car came out looking like new. I was pleased with the quality of work and the support throughout the repair process. :)”

“Yesterday we bought a car from DARCARS Pre-Owned Fairfax. Israel is a pleasure to work with so be sure to ask for him! The reason I cannot give this dealership 5 stars is because I am comparing it to the service I received at DARCARS Volvo (which is next door and has impeccable service). My main complaint is that the whole transaction took an excessive amount of time. I do understand that it was partially was due to a new salesperson being trained however it took us several hours. Overall, it was a good experience. I would consider buying another car from this dealership.”

“First time using this company for vehicle repairs. The final product was good and the car returned clean. I had to deduct one star because they tried to return the car the first time without a quality control check and ended up having to keep the car for a few additional days to correct a repair and clean the car. However, they were willing to correct their issues and offer up a loaner car to offset the additional rental car costs. The other four stars given for their honesty, end-quality of repairs, loaner offered, friendly and patient attitudes, and friendly dogs.”

“I recently had the pleasure of having our family 2001 Ford Mustang repainted by Ti’s Auto. As you can tell by the vehicle year we are one year away from being considered an antique vehicle here in Virginia. As such, the paint was showing serious wear after being parked in the elements for the past quarter century. Our family located Ti on line and dropped the car off for an estimate. Having checked with 6 other car painters in the area Ti’s Auto had the most detailed estimate and fair price of all of them. Upon completion the car was like brand new and there were no “hidden” costs or price gouging at time of settlement. My family and I could not be more happy with the professionalism and work completed by Ti and his team. One last mention, the car was completed in the time he promised to have complete. Good help available from knowledgeable and patient clerks! They will even assist you in installation (if not overly complicated — and please do tip a few dollars for this!) given time and weather permits.

Karl and Ron provided excellent service in assisting me in my efforts to "obey the law" and display my front license plate without having to drill into the bumper. The person behind the desk was not only extremely patient and helpful but also even went the extra mile to tell me about using anti-corrosion material to keep my battery from corroding early in the future. The price was also very reasonable given I was in a crunch and needed a new battery ASAP. Will be back again.”

“I’ve been a customer at the No. VA Auto Body for a long time and was always satisfied with the service and the repairs on all my vehicles. I recently had some bodily damage on my car due to a car accident. I was able to get a quick estimate with a technician who walked around the vehicle and explained what would need to be done. I was able to meet with an agent for my rental car and was able to drop off the car right at the shop as I picked up my car which was very convenient. They now have a website which allows me to check the status of repair which I thought was very nice and assuring. The repair took faster than I expected and everything looked great! Very satisfied as usual!”
