“Came to this location today specifically just to check out and to scope out the shop. I called ahead asking if they could help me pump up my basketball. I spoke to Dean on the phone and was helped in person by Dean. The young man was helping other customers around the shop so I waited patiently. He immediately searched for the needle to help pump up my basketball. Very satisfied and impressed by the customer service provided by Mr Dean. The shop is fully staffed with 3-4 people working on site helping multiple customers adults and children. This is a extremely nice shop with a wide variety of bicycling equipment and high end bicycles. I will definitely be returning to this shop. Thank you Dean for providing 5/5 out standing customer service in person and over the phone. Keep up the hard work! I will be returning ?”
“The best local bike shop!!! It's very small with limited parking spaces but it definitely should be your go to bike shop for any services. The staff are super nice and patient to explain everything. They not only didn't up sell me anything but also told me they did the check and everything is fine so they didn't charge me for the adjustment service.”

“Bought a new Ibis mountain bike here a month ago. I highly recommend this shop. In addition to Ibis, they have other great brands of bikes. They are a demo shop, so you can check out bicycles and ride them to decide what fits you and what you like. Wakefield Park is across the street and has mountain bike trails that provide a perfect demo course. I rode on typical trails through woods, a jump line, a "techy" climb, a bermy downhill section, and some chunky rock areas all in a loop that I could ride in about 45 minutes pedaling from the shop. The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They set up a few bikes for me to demo and were very accommodating. Once I decided, they ordered me what I wanted and set it up perfectly for me. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience.”

“Needed to set up a hitch for a kids bike trailer. My wife asked if they could stay open a few minutes after five since I was coming from work. They agreed, and then explained (in detail) how I needed to attach it. Turns out I had the pieces I needed, just couldn’t figure out how to make it work. Probably could have looked it up on YouTube but he was patient enough to give me the time. Really nice.”

“Having relocated from Minneapolis to Fairfax, I was lamenting my losses as Minnesota has vast opportunities for biking. But, bringing in my damaged Kuat bike carrier from the big relocation move to your Trek store, I was met by Tyler Castaneda, your Sales manager. He immediately addressed my issues with ease and kindness, getting my Kuat all fixed up including getting the proper replacement parts for me.
