“First time using this company for vehicle repairs. The final product was good and the car returned clean. I had to deduct one star because they tried to return the car the first time without a quality control check and ended up having to keep the car for a few additional days to correct a repair and clean the car. However, they were willing to correct their issues and offer up a loaner car to offset the additional rental car costs. The other four stars given for their honesty, end-quality of repairs, loaner offered, friendly and patient attitudes, and friendly dogs.”

WT Auto Service in Fairfax, VA, is an absolute gem! I went in with a minor dent, and the owner and his team were incredibly kind and professional. They fixed it in just five minutes, and to my surprise, they didn’t even charge me—just asked me to come back next time for any services I might need. Such generosity and excellent customer service are rare, especially in the U.S.
Their kindness inspired me to pay it forward. On my way home, I came across a couple with a flat tire. I had a manual air pump in my car and was able to help them out. Seeing their gratitude made my Friday even better!

“I’ve been a customer at the No. VA Auto Body for a long time and was always satisfied with the service and the repairs on all my vehicles. I recently had some bodily damage on my car due to a car accident. I was able to get a quick estimate with a technician who walked around the vehicle and explained what would need to be done. I was able to meet with an agent for my rental car and was able to drop off the car right at the shop as I picked up my car which was very convenient. They now have a website which allows me to check the status of repair which I thought was very nice and assuring. The repair took faster than I expected and everything looked great! Very satisfied as usual!”

“I recently had the pleasure of having our family 2001 Ford Mustang repainted by Ti’s Auto. As you can tell by the vehicle year we are one year away from being considered an antique vehicle here in Virginia. As such, the paint was showing serious wear after being parked in the elements for the past quarter century. Our family located Ti on line and dropped the car off for an estimate. Having checked with 6 other car painters in the area Ti’s Auto had the most detailed estimate and fair price of all of them. Upon completion the car was like brand new and there were no “hidden” costs or price gouging at time of settlement. My family and I could not be more happy with the professionalism and work completed by Ti and his team. One last mention, the car was completed in the time he promised to have complete. “My car needed new paint after 23 years. Not just new paint but repair of many, many little things. Dominion Auto Body did a very fine job. Sadly, no good "before" picture, but here is "after". Their price was not the lowest bid, but I went with a mix of price and solid recommendations and am pleased with the result. I see some low reviews on the U-Haul service and want to note that I've rented U-Hauls here twice with no issues. They even warned me that there were cheaper places to buy certain moving supplies than from them. The bad reviews center on the U-Haul website having inaccurate information; that is not necessarily the fault of Dominion.Services: Painting”
“What an amazing show of customer service and support from the folks at BMW of Fairfax's Collision Center (Body Shop). Karl and Ron provided excellent service in assisting me in my efforts to "obey the law" and display my front license plate without having to drill into the bumper. Ron went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied during every step of the installation process. They expertly installed the stonsho solution and it turned out amazing. “I have taken my car to Northern Virginia Autobody on multiple occasions for a gash in the door, a large scratch on the side and most recently for rear damage due to being hit from the back.
Each time the process has been efficient and the repairs excellent. They explain everything in detail and are happy to answer any questions and address any concerns. They are an approved Autobody shop by several major insurances and therefore it is a streamlined and easy process for claims.
Getting the rental car was very easy since they collaborate directly with Enterprise. I am extremely happy with their service.”
“I had my Audi Q4 eTron windshield replaced recently, and they did a great job! Because of all the tech involved with this car and glass, I had to drop my car off at their location instead of them coming to me, which was fine. During the process, they contacted me with information regarding my car: it was not calibrating properly and giving them error codes. Despite their repeated attempts, it would not calibrate, but they had a solution: I picked up my car a couple hours later and drove it with some of the sensor features disabled, but returned a week later for them to replace the windshield again. This time, it calibrated and I was quickly back on the road with my new-new windshield and my car's safety features all in working order. The technician was communicative, professional, and friendly, and the desk staff was very personable. We also had our Honda Pilot's windshield replaced a couple months prior (it was not a great summer for our windshields!) and they did a great job then as well!”
