“Third time using Springfield Auto Body. I use them for all my auto body work as they never disappoint! This time, they fixed some scrapes on my rear bumper cover. Matched the paint perfectly, and the repair looks great! However, what impresses the most are the extras they do at no additional charge. I had an aftermarket rubber strip installed on the top of the bumper cover to prevent scratches when pulling things out of the back of my 2015 Prius. I'm an Assistant Scoutmaster, so I'm constantly packing and unpacking camping gear in the back of my hatchback. They removed and remounted the rubber strip on the new cover without having to be asked. They also washed the car and cleaned the interior! Super customer service. Fair pricing! Highly recommend these guys for all your auto body service needs!!”

“Jayzee and Rameez Towing might have the best and most reliable auto services in the area. They're 100% independent of corporate oversight, so they can charge what they want and what it seems they want is to charge you exactly what the work is worth for exactly what the parts and labor cost - no inflation, no fees, no added this or that. Jayzee went above and beyond to make sure my car past safety inspection and charged a more than fair price - over $500 less than two other gas station mechanics in the area.
I wouldnt have found Jayzee's shop if not for Rameez, who towed my immobile car to the shop. He called ahead to ensure Jayzee would be able to take the job and assured me I'd be getting excellent service.
It's hard to find and might feel sketchy to some, but as a single woman, I can 100% say I felt safe where I was and never once felt I was being taken advantage of or talked down to. Both gentlemen were respectful, kind, and transparent about the work at hand.

“Someone left a card on my vehicle at the mall a while ago! I found it and decided to venture out for an oil change. Jace had a list of other things of urgency that needed attention. He took me to the shop to view the discovered leaks! I appreciated the extra attention! It was a long day there on site as I decided to wait. I did walk to Perfect Pita at the recommendation of Jace… another review coming. Top Line had a steady flow of customers (Jaguar & Landrover). It’s in an industrial area, way back in the back, look for the “graveyard” of jaguars old and newish around the building! I was greeted upon entry, completed the intake form and they took “Eboni” for service. George helped me navigate the tv and Jace kept me posted of the status. There is more work to do on her (brakes, belt replacement) so I’ll be back! Pricing and transparency is better than the dealership”
