“I wish I had before picture but I'll try to describe the "before" state of the vehicle as best as possible. My fiance and I brought in my F-I-L's vehicle, a 2013 Honda Pilot. There was sun damage to the roof's paint and front driver fender/bumper damage. An eye soar definitely, The fender/bumper looked like a crumpled piece of paper covered in speckled rust . ? Out of the many estimates we gathered we remembered a family friend used this company's service before on multiple cars in the past.We figured we would at least get an estimate, compare pricing from neighboring Autobody shops, and go from there. Little did we know, how smooth and trouble-free this process would be. From the moment we stepped in the door we recieved EXCELLENT SERVICE. The gentleman that aided our pleasant experience was Jeff. We recieved a spot on estimate of when the vehicle would be completed, which made for scheduling and returning our rental stress free. This is just one instance of how well this company's communication is, not only with customers but as a unit themselves.Upon picking up the vehicle, I was and still am in awe over the perfection Springfield Auto Body accomplished. The saying, "You get what you pay for" is merely an understatement as this company is priceless in the ethics and professionalism they exude. Jeff let me know that the paint was difficult to match and gave me a 1-2 ounce bottle of paint with directions on how to apply it. Electrical problems tripping the security Passlock on my borrowed 2000 Chevy Suburban had bested me and a competent locksmith. Ron fit me right into the day's schedule despite a full shop since I was on vacation and stranded. The techs had experience with the Passlock system but traced the problem into the body circuits and got me back on the road very quickly. Not all shops can handle electrical troubleshooting and if they can then they can probably handle everything else. Charges were very fair and Ron was a great communicator. “Someone had keyed my car for a 2nd time. The first time i took my car to a different auto body shop. They did a good job but were twice as expensive as springfield collison center. SCC fixed the scratch, touched up some dings i had and cleaned my front lights. The covers had gotten a film, that i could not clean, and they cleaned them. All this was done for less than my original garage charged for the scratch. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SPRINGFIELD COLLISIION CENTER!”

“I had substantial damage on my car and they had it for about a month (part of that was the back and forth with my insurance company). I dealt with Kyle who was professional and courteous. He called regularly to keep me updated. When it came time to pick up my car, my first impression of the business was positive. My car looked great and I think they cleaned it. The work done was thorough and my car looked like it never had damage. Kyle was every bit as professional and courteous (if not more) in person. He explained the work that was done (he had kept me abreast on the phone too). About a week after I had my car back, I had an issue (a light on dashboard coming on) and Kyle offered to take a look (they found the problem and fixed it at no extra charge). He went above and beyond by asking if I needed a ride since I chose to leave my car there. Luckily, I already had a ride, but I was impressed that they were thoughtful enough to offer. The lady at the front desk is also very pleasant to deal with.”
