“I don't know why I don't shop here more often. I mean, I do... it's because I went from living walking distance away to a 20 minute drive, which really isn't any excuse. Because any time I go here, I find something totally adorable and unique. My latest trip was brought on by the birthday coupon I was pleasantly surprised to see in my email. So I dropped in on my latest trip to Mosaic and saw so many colorful things that are totally my style. It renewed my memory that I should stop by more often than just when they send me a birthday coupon.”
“This is the second time I've been to Hollister and I'm completely satisfied with their customer service. I can honestly say I was not expecting good customer service since the place seemed so trendy. I will definitely be returning and their jeans fit like a glove. The only negative thing I would say about this particular location is that the fitting rooms are super tiny......TOO tiny.”

“This store is in Fairfax and is part of a national discount chain brand. The store offers products at lower prices since it purchases excess inventory from other brand retailers and sells them to consumers at significant discounts. The store is quite spacious and well-organized in each section. However, during my visit, I noticed that some products needed to be better arranged and appeared cluttered. This detracted from the overall shopping experience and made it less enjoyable than anticipated.”
“Went there to get jeans. They didn't have the exact size I needed (which was short). I was informed that if I ordered them at the register I'd get free shipping (sorry I didn't remember the 1st lady's name who told me this). At the register Karen helped me out and she was awesome. She took the time to help me and offer a deal of buy one get 2nd 1/2 off. She looked on line to help me find another pair of jeans. I told her what a breath of fresh air it is to receive great customer service!! GO AE!”
“the best plato's you'll find probably in a 20 mile radius. this corporation (in so many cities) struggles so much and typically has a scam-like process in selling clothes. the little things however do make a difference. for one thing, being greeted upon walking in was a plus and great impression. The staff acknowledging and being attentive to service is great as well. you have some great front desk girls that smile and also present the store well. I was quoted a fair wait time for 2 large bags of clothes. when i returned it was seamless (there's a counter dedicated for pick up, drop off, etc) it just seems a lot more organized than the Plato's i have experienced. I always think the outcome of going to Plato's however is unapologetically disappointing, considering i had very new-like items, some with tags, and only got $30 from them for like 6 items. It does make you question their judgement because from a consumer side, i never actually FIND anything here. so it's like your just accepting whatever, not the newer better quality and brand items that belong in a second hand thrift store. Let's be honest they've always had poor judgment.
But the woman who checked me out was nice, everything was put together and I think i would return in the fall/winter at my next closet detox.”

“Purchased 2 dresses and a pair of earrings. Customer service was great. Renee was very helpful while I tried on a dress. One of the dreses was shipped to me at no cost so I could get the correct size. I was surprised when the item was shipped and delivered to me the very next day. Faster than Amazon sometimes! haha!”

I told her about my last experience; she sincerely apologized on behalf of her staff and assured me that the issue will be fixed. She earned the store the extra 4 start that I had taken off. Express clothing quality has gone downhill, and some managers are not understanding. There is a huge gap in customer service in the store vs. online.
