We found two great finds (a lamp and end table time) last time we were there, which are perfect for our space. The table needed love and the Furniture Rescue team did such a great job we almost did recognize it when we picked it up. They are upcycling really cool things at a very reasonable price! “It really does seem like they want to find the ideal sofa for you. They want to know how you sit and how it will integrate in your space. Even with the small amount of space I have John was able to find the perfect sofa to fit my needs. The process was pleasant (there was no pressure at any time) and the pricing was fair. WILLEM SMITH isn’t inexpensive but in their market I feel like they’re a very good value. And I love my sofa.”

“I was in the store last night & bought a beautiful Monet! I noticed there was another one and thought later it would be so lovely for my work. I called today & the man who answered took the time to look on the floor to see if it was still there. Unbeknownst to me he put it on hold after confirming it was there. When I had a small window of time between jobs, I called when minutes away from the store to ask if it was still there and be pulled to be held. The lady who answered informed me it was already being held for me! Customer service, in general, has gone down significantly - especially since Covid! This was so refreshing to be served in this way above and beyond! Thank you!”
“I was delighted to discover CF Gallery at Fair Oaks Mall with their fine furniture and exquisite Artwork and Calligraphy that are so tastefully curated. The atmosphere is truly serene and pleasant which is conducive to quiet exploration of peaceful home living.
I also had an opportunity to browse this beautiful gallery and meet the friendly and knowledgeable staff and learn about the origins and subtle meaning of their unique and amazing Calligraphy Collection as I was exploring various hidden gems around the store. “My biggest complaint is the check out lines- not having enough open for the “rush” times of day is brutal. Second complaint is the produce section being a little less than needed (I wish this was a super Walmart). And the third complaint is the parking lot. These are tight spots and it always seems a bit chaotic. Otherwise- the store itself is great, the staff are usually friendly and helpful. Drive up pick up is usually pretty quick and easy.”

“Let's start with parking, there is tons of it! That already solidified my satisfaction with Target. Going inside, there was a host passing shopping carts out, which was a nice touch. A nod to excellent customer service! The store was super clean, I didn't see anything on the floors or hanging around in the wrong spot. I definitely got a bang for my buck, there were so many clothes on sale and there were lots of options to choose from. Self-checkout was speedy and there was staff nearby who could support if needed. I don't mind making the trek out to come back here!”
“This showroom is absolutely stunning! I know it has moved from its old location from a few years ago, so sometimes Google Maps directs you to the old location. It's now across the street.It has beautiful fabrics that you can check out and take home or you can grab a sample from the sample wall. There's always sales and everyone I've spoken to there is extremely kind.”

“I recently went to Pottery Barn in Fairfax and just have to comment on our great customer service experience. My husband and and I were looking for some matching pieces to a duvet set we had ordered online. Unfortunately the set was no longer featured in the store but both Dana P and Victor Yeager were so helpful in finding what we wanted online and ordering it for us to be sent to our home. We discussed what fabric we needed (we have kids and animals) and Dana even gave us some decorating ideas we hadn’t thought of. They were so helpful that I asked about a really beautiful toile set I had seen online. Unfortunately it was almost completely sold out everywhere but Victor took on the challenge of finding the item I wanted at a store in Washington State. It had been a returned item and he called the store, ensured that it was actually there and then had it shipped to my door. It was the very last one to be found in the entire country. We had a great time finding the things that we needed and several other items with their help. We will definitely be back and look forward to working with Dana and Victor again.”

Like other Target stores, this one is spacious and well-stocked with products ranging from bedding to stationary, kitchenware, over-the-counter medicines, personal care products, utensils, food, wine, electronics, clothing, houseware, and more. Additionally, CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks, and Pizza Hut outlets are located in this location. The cashier who assisted me was friendly, and the attentive staff helped me find the item I sought.”
