“To start with, I wish I could give OTF Fairfax more than 5 stars. I have been a member at several different OTF studios in the DMV area and Fairfax is in a league of its own. The staff and coaches make you feel so welcome, supported, and are geniunely invested in your success from day one - whatever that looks like to you! The members are also so friendly, it is like our own little family that I feel beyond grateful to be part of. The Fairfax studio team makes our challenges like Marathon Month, Dri Tri, and Hell Week so much fun and like we always have something to look forward to and work towards. The coaches somehow find a way to make benchmark days feel like a party and we all celebrate PR's together and cheer eachother on. I wanted to call out Jayme here - she finds unique ways to keep us motivated and I absolutely love her classes. Basically you just have to show up and she'll take care of the rest :) I can literally never move away because I don't know what I'd do without this specific studio. Thank you guys for being the best part of my day! <3”

“Beyond thankful to have found and joined Fair Lakes Burn Boot Camp! As someone who benefits from workouts being taught to you and a trainer to keep you accountable during the camp (class), not only have I watched myself become a stronger person but you find a community of like minded people who turn from strangers to even friends. People in your corner rooting for you to do your best! Not to mention, the best trainers! :) Highly recommend to everyone considering joining!”
“Absolutely love being a member of Underground Athlete. My only regret is how long it took me to find this incredible community. Thank you Justin and team for all you do!!”

“I love it ! Is the only place that I can go to workout! The trainers are the best, they are so friendly and they help you a lot! Is a good environment. I will choose a hundred times that place.”
“I love this gym! Where else can you get a weight room, cardio & strength-training classes, & training in boxing, kickboxing, BJJ, & MMA under one roof? Since joining, I’ve lost 40+ lbs, won two kickboxing tournaments, & made some amazing friends. Not bad for a 51-year-old. Also, its community is the best. It’s more like a family than coaches & members. I highly, highly recommend this place!”

“After a bad experience in New Orleans, this place was a pleasant surprise and completely changed my perspective. The staff here are friendlier, the place is cleaner, and they’re more attentive. It’s a bit small, but never feels crowded. I’m definitely leaving with a good impression.”
“Joining this studio has been one of the best decisions I have ever made on my health journey. The coaches are fantastic, the staff are friendly, and the sense of community are incredible. I came for a workout that could challenge a change me, and-even after several years of membership, I still feel challenged.”
“This is our fifth year at Mosaic Gymnastics, and we absolutely love it here. From the facility to the coaches and the team culture, everything has exceeded our expectations.
The gym is always kept clean and well-maintained. At first glance, the carpet might not look particularly special, but it’s actually one of the best I’ve ever seen. After experiencing so many gymnastics carpets at competitions across the country, I can confidently say the one here is superb. It’s soft, springy, and helps protect knees and joints, which is so important for young athletes. Coaches keep the carpet fresh and odor-free—something you won’t find in most gyms
Coach Tatiana is an exceptional coach who truly understands what it means to develop athletes. She is tough in all the right ways, teaching kids the value of hard work, focus, and self-discipline. My daughter has learned not only skills in the gym but also life lessons about handling both failure and success—because success can sometimes be harder for kids to navigate than failure. Along the way, we’ve made mistakes, learned from them, and grown stronger together. That resilience is exactly what Mosaic instills.
Coach Hyejin is another incredible asset to the club. She may be young, but she is highly experienced and has a gift for motivating kids. She is also a true master of choreography. She has a magic touch in creating routines that perfectly match each athlete’s music, personality, and capabilities, making every performance shine.
Another thing that makes Mosaic special is the strong community among the girls. They train hard together, cheer each other on at competitions, and form genuine friendships outside of school. The older girls are fantastic role models for the younger ones, and I feel grateful that my daughter is surrounded by such a positive and supportive group of peers.
On top of all this, Coach Tatiana works hard to keep the cost affordable for families, which is rare in such a competitive sport.
If you’re looking for a gymnastics program where your child will grow not just as an athlete but also as a confident, disciplined, and resilient individual—with amazing coaches and teammates—Mosaic Gymnastics is the place to be.”
“I was visiting family in the area and was given a great deal to pop in District Barbell a few times. The gym has everything you need to get a good workout and is clearly full of knowledgeable and hard working coaches and athletes.”
“Was unsure of signing up due to quite a few bad reviews, but decided to do a guest pass since this is the closest gym and NOVA traffic sucks. This is my experience going at around the same time of day each time: It's overall a good gym. Plenty of machines/racks and the locker room is clean. You'll be hard-pressed to find a better gym than this for the same cost.App kind of sucks, but that's out of their control.Would love it if there were competition-grade Kg plates, but I might be in the small minority that would use them.”

“I love the variety in the workouts, the fact that the coaches can support me in modifying the workout based on my physical limitations, and the fact that certain parts of the workout are controlled by me and my needs and abilities. OTF is exactly what I've always needed to be consistent and successful in my workout regimen - a class with a coach at set times during the day but the right mix of flexibility and challenge to allow me to find my pace and be successful.”

“One of the best-equipped commercial gyms I've ever been to, especially considering that this gym is relatively small. They thoughtfully packed it (doesn't feel to crammed at all) with a full spectrum of machine and free-weights, including low-body machines such as kick-backs, sitting and lying hamstring curls, sitting and standing-ish calf raises, leg press, hack-squat, 5 racks and much-much more. What is important is that everything is buttery-smooth and the upholstery is in perfect condition. Also 24/7 is a big plus for me. The only thing that was not quite on point is that the plates are all different brands and some of them quite shabby looking, but it's about aesthetics, not function.Good job! Looking forward to training here through this summer.”
“it is a relatively small gym with less equipment compared the Aquatic Center or the RAC, but it still has all the essential equipment. it is also more convenient for those that live in the Rappahannock Neighborhood.”
“Daughter did a week long summer camp and really had fun. The staff are very nice. Been trying to get into a weekend class but they are popular with a super long wait list.”
“i love this gym, went for about 2 years unfortunately moved and it's not longer close to me, I loved how everything was set up, always clean, the staff are always so kind and welcoming definitely rate this a 10/10”

“My husband and I have been members at Lifetime Fairfax, VA since 2014.
I am writing this message to let your organization know that I’m really impressed the way your staffs at Lifetime Fairfax, VA have offered assistance to me.
They are not only hard working, but also very professional, and their communication are excellent that makes a positive impact on me as a client.
I’d like to thank Alessandro and entitle Operation Teams for their hard working with positive attitude. I would like to recognize Stefan (my best pickleball Coach as he was very patient with me), Justin (very nice with us at pickleball court), Kelly (Great receptionist with a nice smile. She was very professional when I asked her about adding new membership for my 10-year-olds nephew), Chris Taylor (helped me to choose super bands for my work out and even showed me how to use the bands the correct way to help my knee issues), and Gabe (help me to find this contact info to send my survey to LT).
Your staffs at Fairfax, VA answered all my questions/concerns. I’m greatly appreciated it. Thank you so much for your outstanding customer services!”
“Now with new management.
I am a retired person and I got my membership from the Silver Sneakers program, which means that I do not pay for a membership, and I am very grateful about that.
This gym has lots of equipment to exercise with, like walking, running, weigh lifting.
plus a pool and hot tub, sauna, or steam room.
Friendly staff, trainers, pretty sure they will provide towels soon
I have to give it a 5 stars. Thank you OneLife.”
“This gym should be condemned and shut down by the health department. Every aspect of this facility is un healthy - They don’t clean anything it smells like dog urine and armpits also 40% of the equipment is broken. I have experienced mentally ill gym members one I have witnessed use weed in the parking lot in between sets of jumping on mats 6 feet tall. This isn’t safe at all - The pool is closed permanently as it’s foaming with germs and bacteria the men’s showers don’t work and they have a bucket of soap for you dunk your hand in to use. The manners here are to leave your weights on your equipment also groups of young men in crocks or yeezy slides crowd the free weights and openly vape.
This is comically the absolute worst gym on the planet.
I would like to edit my review- after some time about 2 years I am going to say that this gym is actually good - It’s still nasty dirty but overall it’s a decent spot. It’s usually pretty empty and the regulars are respectful of equipment. A decent community of members that check in on each other. Also management has changed over and I see many improvements in hospitality.”
“Great CF gym in the Fairfax area! There’re many sessions during the day so it gives perfect flexibility for me under different schedules. Every coach was very supportive and helpful and every CFer is also friendly and helpful to others. Even if I don’t have a long history of CrossFit training, I think this is a great place to stay and build up my skills and get stronger.”
