“This was my first time ever using movers, so I was honestly very skeptical because I’ve heard so many horror stories about moving companies. But my experience with My Pro Movers was absolutely amazing from start to finish.
The two movers I had, Cesar and Carlos, were honestly incredible. They worked so quickly and efficiently that they finished my move in less time than the two hours I originally booked. I was genuinely shocked at how fast they moved while still being careful with all of my belongings.
Nothing was broken or damaged, and they made the entire process feel stress-free. They were also extremely kind, professional, and had amazing communication throughout the whole move. I even asked for their opinions on where to place some of my furniture because I wasn’t sure how I wanted everything arranged, and their suggestions turned out perfectly.
I barely had to do anything, which made the experience even better. I’m so happy I chose My Pro Movers, and I will absolutely be contacting them again the next time I move. Highly recommend!”

“Great service all around. Anne was helpful with the scheduling and assisted me when I had to reschedule because of rain. Both of the movers were polite and professional. A tiny little shelf peg fell off my headboard during the move. It is about the size of a thumbtack. It wasn't their fault that it fell out. They offered to replace it and I said don't worry about it. Nevertheless, they searched the back of the truck and found it. Ben then placed it back on the headboard. I will definitely hire this company again.”

“Hello... Ilona here. Call the Movers LLC did numerous things to make themselves exceptionally easy to work with. 1) They were constantly communicating and always picked up the phone even before/after normal business hours. 2) They provided competitive pricing and were completely transparent with costs/fees. 3) Provided ad hoc "add on" services (like junk removal or donation transport). 4) Called ahead to let us know how far out they were. 5) Provided staff that spoke English and were on point with efficiency and effectiveness of their time. Never stood around "on the clock". 6) This last one takes the cake... allowed us to cancel very last minute (about 30 min before they were to show up) without charges or required rebooking at that time. This really won me over with this one and I don't see myself using anyone else. Thank you Linas and Team!”
