“I have now used this moving company twice within the past year, and I would absolutely use them again. I honestly wasn’t expecting to have to move again so soon, but when the time came, I was very glad to know I had a company I could trust.

The movers were phenomenal both times! Last year, I had Oscar, Dago, and Jose, and they did such a great job that I actually requested the same crew for my second move. This time, I had Jose, Alex, and David, and they were just as excellent. All three were extremely polite, efficient, professional, and careful with my belongings. I was with them throughout the entire moving process, and they listened to all of my questions and concerns and made sure I felt comfortable with how everything was being handled.

One of the biggest reasons I chose this company in the first place is because I have a large antique, glass-front China cabinet that belonged to my grandmother. It is extremely sentimental to me, and I was very concerned about the glass breaking during the move. Both times, the movers handled it with extreme care and took the necessary precautions to make sure it was transported safely. I truly appreciated how seriously they took my concerns about such an important piece.

The process of setting everything up was also very easy. I did have a slightly different experience with Yuriy, who handled the arrangements over the phone. He seemed somewhat impatient at times during our conversations. While he did his job and everything was arranged properly, I think he could benefit from brushing up on his customer service approach and being a little more mindful of the tone or mannerism that comes across over the phone. That said, I didn't take it personally, and I appreciated that he still made sure everything was taken care of.

Overall, I am extremely happy with this company. The actual moving crews have been outstanding, my belongings were treated with care, and the entire moving process went smoothly both times. Having movers I can trust with valuable and sentimental items means a lot to me.

I would use this company again in a heartbeat and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, careful, and professional movers!”
