I was in the area this morning, first time coming to this one, when I looked it up I saw all the bad reviews and got kinda nervous about going in. But I did, and I’m glad I did. They were so nice and helpful, specially Soledad. Now that I think about it, I’ve never had a bad experience at any of the other Navy Feds.

They are and always have been easy and pleasant to work with.

Sherwin was relatively rude. No greeting, banging on his keyboard, and smacking on his gum throughout our entire interaction. To be quite frank, he seemed irritated with me before I even spoke a word. Luckily I don’t live in the area so I won’t be returning.
