“8/24/26, I came for RX preparing for my long trip medicine needs. Staff Joana so friendly and welcoming provided me fantastic assistance in getting flu shots by Nathan for 2026 , refilling 4 prescriptions and taking extra miles to contact my Dr offices if RX may require refill orders. Joana also taught me how to utilize app to pay ahead features etc and get medicine efficient and effective via app.

Thank you for all your warm support and hard working to help me.

This long overdue compliment on Costco Rx department. I have been receiving great service and pricing on RX and for my son dogs. Feel great you get everything in on shop at Costco. Best of all reasonable refund or price adjustment for lots items within 30 days etc.
RX department provides excellent quality customer service, it fills , reminder next refilled and contact your doctor for refill prescription etc… this Costco RX staff are fantastic and easy and warm to work with… Staff like Joana, Rosa, Amanda and many more over years for whom I may have not catch their names… thanks you very much. I have been a royal customer for Costco and can’t live without it, love Costco got to have it.

Meats section is great but I wish they offer more thin cut instead of jumbo cut meats… though thanks for improving many things like you offer pork belly strips etc… if you could have sliced pork belly will even wonderful …

“Visiting this place is always an adventure because of how massive it is and the sheer variety of things you can find. It is the best spot to stock up on everything from giant packs of snacks to household essentials, which really helps with planning ahead. The food court is a must-visit for a quick and very affordable bite after finishing all that walking through the wide aisles. Even though it can get incredibly crowded, especially on weekends, the checkout lines move surprisingly fast because the staff is so efficient. It feels like you always discover something new and unexpected every time you walk through the doors.”

“Costco is our usual go-to store. It is very convenient for large families buying packs of items. They serve free samples, helping customers figuring out their likes and dislikes. Costco parking spaces are wide and spacious, however due to the crowd, parking might be difficult to find, but there is usually a couple spots open. If you don't like crowds, try opting for going on a weekday rather than a weekend. They have recently renovated their gas station, adding more spaces to the facility. This makes it easier for customers to find spaces. Costco gives you the option to self check-out or check out regularly. If you have a lower quantity of items, an employee might pre-scan for you so when you scan your membership card, it is automatically in the system, scanned. Overall Costco is an incredible store and gas station.”

“I have rented a Space here for more than 2 years now. there are many businesses with their storage units here. there is a free forklift to use( they gave me free training ). The place is open 24/7. Heating in the winter. 2 high bays for 18 wheelers 2 mid size for standard bays, one ramp to enter the building. My neighbors run shipping businesses and some contractors. clean bathrooms. A conference room is available with a big screen TV. All of this is included in the price of the unit. And top it all, The manager, Mr William is a great guy always ready to respond and fix/sort issues. I see him out helping people, making updates to the building as well. parking during the working hours gets busy buy such is the nature of northern Virginia.”

“Had an appointment with the textile place delivery.. got there about 12 minutes early and they had me unloaded in less than 45 minutes and I was back on my way... At first I thought it was delivering to the post cuz that's where it showed up in all of my GPS info but... Obviously the post isn't going to need a bunch of textile material but anyway the guys were polite and respectful and professional and again had me unloaded in less than 45 so again... I can't complain... Security was cool as well... It's just a pain in the butt to get here from the south or almost any direction because you know... DC... ugh”
