“Parking is limited especially on weekends. Like most Costcos, it can get very crowded. Gas station is a big plus but lines for that can be long. Unfortunately, there's always a few bad seeds that are very impatient that make situations worse. Overall, pretty good location. I live near the Gaithersburg one that one is a zoo all the time.”

“I enjoy most everything I buy at Costco. Don't expect a quick stop on weekends, but mid week is good. Lots of great stuff. Just went right before closing, easy in and out. But don't go in right before closing with a long list.

ETA: just visited the optical dept. Tavish was extremely helpful and steered me to the best glasses for my horribly messed up prescription. The glasses came in within days and I was able to easily pick up from a locker. I've gotten glasses from an optician that were completely wrong and was not correctly advised. The employees at Costco actually took the time to talk me through what was best, but also allowed for my preference. Would highly recommend if you need glasses, especially high prescriptions.”

“Was out of town and went to a Costco in Reston area. Saturday afternoon on sunny day. Wow, extremely busy, hard to find parking despite the big lot. Inside extremely crowded, despite the store size, hard to get around with all the people. Selection of product and orices was good. Store was clean and uncluttered except for people. Checkout lines were 7-9 peoole deep, but for a busy day, not all the checkouts were open... hard to understand this. Could not find employees on the floor to answer questions. But did find one, who's answer was to check with customer service... I just wanted to know if they carried a product and where it might be. All in all good store, good prices... but avoid busy times... Simply to crowded.”

“8/24/26, I came for RX preparing for my long trip medicine needs. Staff Joana so friendly and welcoming provided me fantastic assistance in getting flu shots by Nathan for 2026 , refilling 4 prescriptions and taking extra miles to contact my Dr offices if RX may require refill orders. Joana also taught me how to utilize app to pay ahead features etc and get medicine efficient and effective via app.

This long overdue compliment on Costco Rx department. I have been receiving great service and pricing on RX and for my son dogs. Feel great you get everything in on shop at Costco. Best of all reasonable refund or price adjustment for lots items within 30 days etc.
RX department provides excellent quality customer service, it fills , reminder next refilled and contact your doctor for refill prescription etc… this Costco RX staff are fantastic and easy and warm to work with… Staff like Joana, Rosa, Amanda and many more over years for whom I may have not catch their names… thanks you very much. I have been a royal customer for Costco and can’t live without it, love Costco got to have it.

Meats section is great but I wish they offer more thin cut instead of jumbo cut meats… though thanks for improving many things like you offer pork belly strips etc… if you could have sliced pork belly will even wonderful …

Costco the best and trustworthy shop for many many things. Its customer number one and very stood behind their products and very generous warranty and return policy

“Very nice people, reasonably quick unload time, but your backing game better be on point. Only blindside backing and you better hope they aren't busy, strict by appointment as there is very little room, nearest truck stop I can find is 45 miles away, so be prepared once you're unloaded. Only took off one star because of space.”
