Don't bother going in to make a payment, they only have one person working. Nice guy, but he can only do so much. Plus, they started charging 5$ for walk-in payments.

I went in there for help and I'm not a T-Mobile customer unfortunately only because I have a government phone and can't afford a monthly bill, but Justin the manager still helped me with a simple problem. The staff was friendly and open to listening to me for about 10 minutes. Thank you
