Cell Phone Stores near Radford, VA

“Had to visit this location to replace our hot spot just before closing one evening and received exemplary service from assistant manager Kimberly and her associate Megan. We had had a long, very bad day, and their funny, friendly service turned that right around. Plus we went home with a new box that was 100% plug-n-play, just as Kimberly promised. We switched to T-Mobile about five years ago and it has far and away been our best cellular company experience. Fast, reliable, fairly priced, no trouble getting help. Kimberly and team just reinforced this. We hope T-Mobile will send us a survey but so far they haven’t.”

“A huge thank you to Tiffany Alley!!!!
After struggling and going to four stores....yes four stores, literally on the phone with customer service for 1.5 hours. Tiffany got my phone back working and me back connected!!!!!! Highly recommend and above and beyond service!!!!! Its sad this store is closing as I don't believe they are gonna find another customer service representative as caring, hard working and that go getter personality as Tiffany does!!!!!!”

“Am so glad we decided to go in for help w a broken phone. Adam truly went to bat for us when insurance wanted us to pay & we shouldn’t have had to. He also revamped our account & found us some awesome deals, was extremely patient w all of our needs & truly went above & beyond to provide one of a kind exceptional service. Very grateful! PS: not saying the other workers aren’t great but we only experienced Adam; can confirm this man deserves a raise!! ?”
