worst service The guy who is working he is the slowiest guy he take 5 min to each customer

Terrible customer service. I've been working in the area for a few months and had been going here for breakfast and/or for a quick lunch because it was convenient. Didn't want to take the rudeness anymore and I've started going elsewhere.

Very disappointed with the service. The cashier was rude and charged me $2.50 just for hot water, even though I used my own glass. I’ve never had this happen before—hot water is usually free
