“I had been going to Lee's Auto for years before we moved out of the neighborhood. We went to a shop closer to us for an inspection and to fix any issues my car might have (19-year-old Honda that has seen some things). Big mistake. The other shop took almost two weeks to give us an estimate and then told us they couldn't do some of the work. We took it back to Mr. Lee and within a couple of hours, he had an estimate of the work and by the next day, had the car fixed. Over the years, Mr. Lee has provided exceptional service. He gives timely estimates, stays within budget or calls if additional work needs to be done. He and his crew get the work done quickly and well. We're very pleased with his work and I will continue to take my car there even though we live 30-45 minutes away.”

“I had a wonderful experience at this Cricket store yesterday. Mohammed helped me and was great! He gave me the options of the best deals they had and showed me the two Android phones that were the best choices. He answered all my questions and explained the differences between the two phones. I'm not tech savvy so I really appreciated his help. I received a great deal on a nice phone and Mohammed handled the transfer of data from the old to the new phone. This is the 2nd phone I've bought from this store. Mohammed was an amazing tech and didn't try to upsell me or pressure me in any way toward a particular phone. He was very professional and kind. George was more than willing to help us . This location also has a lot of minors entering into the workplace. “This Target is a massive, solid one-stop shop. It features a full grocery section and all the household essentials you could need, which makes it incredibly convenient for knocking out most of my shopping list while my car is plugged in at the Electrify America station outside.

I especially like the convenience of having the in-store Starbucks. It’s the perfect place to grab a coffee before starting my errands. This location is well-organized and somewhat easy to navigate even when busy. There are plenty of other restaurants and shops within a short walk if you finish your shopping early. It’s definitely one of the most efficient Target locations in the area for a productive afternoon.”

“I had a great experience with Nolan, the store manager at T-Mobile. He was very kind, patient, and extremely helpful. He took the time to go over different phone options, including Galaxy and iPhone models, and explained everything clearly. He gave me multiple choices and never seemed frustrated, making the entire process smooth and comfortable. If you have any issues, Nolan is definitely someone who will help you.
I truly appreciate the time he spent with me—it took about two hours, and he helped resolve several problems caused by a different T-Mobile store. Unfortunately, my previous experience at the Arlington Blvd location was very disappointing. The manager there was not honest and did not properly explain things before the store closed permanently. I was simply told to take the device home, plug it in, and everything would work fine—but that was not the case.
As a result, I was charged for two lines, even though I didn’t use one of them for the full month. That situation was very frustrating, especially since some locations operate as third-party retailers under the T-Mobile brand.
Nolan took the time to carefully review my account, helped cancel one of the lines, and worked to resolve the issue as much as possible. I truly hope T-Mobile recognizes what they have in him—he is an excellent manager and a very good person.”

I had a really great experience at the Target on Leesburg Pike in Falls Church thanks to an employee named Chase.

My wife and I were there picking up our son’s baby formula (Target is actually the only place around us that consistently has the one he needs) along with a few snacks. When we arrived, my son’s favorite soccer ball accidentally rolled out of the car and fell straight into a parking lot drain.

Naturally my son was pretty upset, and I thought the ball was gone for good.

Even though it was late in the day and the PML wasn’t available, Chase took the time to go in the back and find a grabber tool that could reach down into the drain. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and had a great sense of humor about the whole situation.

Thanks to Chase, we were able to retrieve the soccer ball (it definitely needs a good wash now, but that’s a small price to pay!). More importantly, my son didn’t lose his favorite ball.

It may seem like a small thing, but Chase really went above and beyond and made our day. Customer service like that deserves recognition.

I refilled a 7 11 double gulp cup that's 50 oz it's their cup. They charged me a large refill when it should have been small. Small is up to 52 oz. They dont know their job and companies products. Crazy when the wording is right on their soda machine with the prices yet they argue and say no.”
