Super rude and disrespectful manager and horrible service

Every time I come to this store after 12 a.m., it’s closed. There’s an employee inside, but the door is locked and they say the store is closed. Why do you advertise that you’re open 24 hours?

It's supposedly open 24/7, but when I go to work at 3:30 am it's always closed.
