“After looking at several other contractors, we selected Panorama to do a full renovation of our basement. Now that the job is finished, we could not be happier with our decision. From start to finish, George was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely professional and forthright with us about what needed to be done and what it would cost to do it right, explaining the pros and cons of different options, and offering helpful advice without being pushy or trying to run up the costs with additions we did not need. And whenever we had questions throughout the process, he was always available and quick to respond. Once the renovation started, George worked with us to make sure we understood what was happening at each phase of the project. The Panorama team not only did great work but went out of their way to avoid disrupting things in rest of the house, which was important to us since our two teenagers were home in the afternoons while they were working. And the work was done on time, with minimal issues or complications. But what truly made the experience of working with George and the Panorama team exceptional is the little ways that they went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the finished product. From coming up with creative design solutions to make the space more aesthetically appealing, to replacing lighting fixtures in adjacent areas that were not part of the contract at no cost, to coming back after the job was technically finished to wall mount our new TV, they always went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the final result. And we definitely are. The basement looks amazing, and nothing sums it up better than my daughter seeing it for the first time and saying “I can’t believe this is our house”. The next time we have a home renovation project, we will definitely be calling Panorama.”

“I'm giving My Kitchen and Bath 5 stars for our small guest bath remodel. The whole process went smoothly, the work started on time, they addressed any questions I had throughout the process and communication was good. Marco was the main person doing the work and he was a pleasure to work with. If we use them again I would ask for Marco. This is not our first time doing a room renovation and My Kitchen and Bath was overall a good experience. We did our research before choosing to work with them.”

“Love, love, LOVE Trace! It has soooooo many products for refill, from grocery dry good, to spices, cleaning supplies, and even bath & body products. It’s so nice to be able to get this stuff without the extra packaging and get exactly how much I need. Plus it has so many other amazing eco-friendly items! And the owner, Mala, is so nice and helpful. This is an awesome place in the DC area, and everyone should check it out!”

“We had 2 bathrooms - one renovated - one added with a redesign of a bedroom. We worked with Florina and she is fantastic! She helped through every step. She did the design, helped us with selecting materials, and supervised from start to finish. We couldn't be happier. She has an excellent eye for detail and maximizing space. We are so very happy with the end result. Will definitely work with her again.”

“Shafa Babashova, the design coordinator at Bray and Scarff/Tysons is the most gifted, talented and amazing kitchen designer/coordinator! We had received design input from some other companies prior to meeting her. They typically were just replacing the cabinets and countertops. Shafa however was the one who presented a new layout that gave us more storage space, a more open/spacious feel and an architecturally gorgeous and interesting kitchen island. She is so pleasant, patient and attentive. She has a great software program and large screens that allow you to make changes/move things around and visualize what the design will look like. They have a lot of product options. Shafa also works to help lower costs whenever possible. She reached out to me to inform me of manufacturer sales for both the cabinets and the quartz. What's also great is that the kitchen design can be coordinated with the appliance selection. Once I purchased my appliances from Brian (who is the best!!), Shafa and I looked at all the finishes together to make sure that the pulls match the colors of the appliances. It is so nice having the appliance showroom right there!”
