We no longer will go to Fedex for our printing needs as the employee's here have been much more ethical and supportive when we've had varying requests. “I have maintained many different UPS boxes throughout my life as I’ve moved around the U.S., but I have enjoyed an EXCEPTIONALLY SUPER experience with the UPS Store in Yorktowne Plaza in Falls Church, VA! Even though the store is normally pretty busy, employees there ALWAYS greet me with a smile when I arrive, and the staff all competently offer service. It’s obvious that employees at this location actually CARE about their customers--increasingly rare today(!) Just this week, Ashton had the presence-of-mind to actually come-out from behind the counter in order to help me carry packages to my car so that I wouldn’t have to make multiple trips back-and-forth. Ashton certainly demonstrates the type of competence and customer attention that is characteristic of the staff at Yorktowne Plaza UPS Store. “Joe at Alpha Graphics was very helpful in providing advice and executing my plan to create a large map that I could give to a friend even though this project must have been relatively small. Joe's skill, professionalism, courtesy, and patience were exemplary. He combined files for two large USGS maps, cropped them to the coverage I wanted, expanded the resulting map to the size I needed, printed the map, and laminated it to a heavy plastic backing. The result of this custom job was precisely what I wanted. I could not be more pleased.”
