“I have used the international shipping service of this company since 2019 and I have nothing to complain about them. Every information about time, tax and instruction is being public and it’s easy to find online. Their price is totally unbeatable. It takes about 2-3 weeks to send the packages to the middle of Vietnam, and my packages are always in good condition. For the safety reason, I recommend receivers always check the package before opening it to make sure there is no one sneak on your stuff, especially your local shippers. I have met a little unhappy experience, but it was not a big deal. I know that problem can happen everywhere and it’s almost out of control of all international shipping companies. So, I’m still trust and happy with their service. Friendly, helpful and professional are what I want to say about their staffs.Highly recommend!”

“Don't be fooled by the young employee's ! This location offers actual empathy and support when it feel's like things are going sideways ! We no longer will go to Fedex for our printing needs as the employee's here have been much more ethical and supportive when we've had varying requests. They also ALWAYS have a notary on hand which is priceless. Give them a try !”

“Thank Goodness I was recommended Northstar Shipping! I've worked in event planning for a long time, and I can safely say this is the best shipping company that I have worked with, and the only shipping company I will use from now on. Communication has been excellent, service has been super friendly, and when a different shipping company made a major mistake right before one of our biggest events of the year, the President of the company literally went above and beyond to help us get the issue resolved even though Northstar had already completed their part of the shipment. “This UPS store is located in a great location with lots of parking available. I do not mind driveing pass 2 UPS store to go pick up an iteam here or drop off a return. The other UPS stores closer to home or even work have Zero parking. Staff is always welcomeing and love the fast attention to serve the customer.”

“Judy Scott - Staples in Falls Church:I had a little project where I needed ten individual photos of each of my ten grandchildren printed on photo paper. I went to the Staples store. Abraham Krell-Enriquez waited on me. Right away, I had a problem sending the pictures to his computer. He was very patient and helped me send them and he explained what I was doing wrong.After printing the pictures, I explained that I needed each picture trimmed to remove the wide white borders around each picture so they would fit (centered) on a 8 ½ X 10 colored paper and they needed to be laminated.He did not hesitate, he very patiently trimmed each one and carefully placed them in the lamination folder and then laminated them. He could have suggested that I trim them myself at the table provided for customers.Abraham was excellent! He went above and beyond taking time with my project all while having to stop and help other customers and answer the phone requests.I did this project on three or four different trips (not having all of the pictures on my first trip). By the second trip he recognized me walking in the door and greeted me with a big smile!I have been coming to this Staples since it opened (maybe six or seven years). I have always received excellent service from all of the workers and the managers go out of their way to make sure customers are taken care of!!”

“So I recently had an issue with an RMA I shipped through here. Likely 100% a messup on Google's part. They helped me work through the issue and find the package despite significant difficulty in doing so as I lost the receipt. The employees were very responsive and helpful throughout the process. For more detail read on.I was returning a defective phone to google. Had printed out and boxed it up, dropped it off and 3 weeks later get a charge from google for not returning the phone. I go to check the tracking number and it had nothing. So I go into the store and start the seemingly hopeless process of finding this package, to which I had lost the dropoff receipt.The first person I interacted with was very helpful took down the necessary information and said she'd call back by noon, she did exactly that. She was still waiting on some help from the manager. A couple days passed without contact, but I couldn't have done anything those days anyway. So Monday comes around and I stopped back in.The manager was there, we chatted for a couple minutes. They had video of me dropping off the package, we just needed to find the tracking number. So they took some time to run through all the packages that went out that day to find the one that fit the parameters of the RMA. They found it and I was able to sort out the issue with Google. Very grateful they went out of their way to help me figure this out even pulling up camera footage and digging through raw data to help sort out the issue.”
