“This is an unsolicited 5 star review of McLean Parcel Plus. I have been a customer for many years and have found their services in every way outstanding. The equipment they have makes exceptionally good copies and scans, which is what I use mostly. Clearly, the business is well managed by Ahmed who knows how to lead a team. What spurred me to write this review at this time is the outstanding job Rupesh did scanning close to 400 fragile old documents belonging to my late father whose records were deleted from Arlington national cemeteries website shortly after January 20, 2025 my father was the sixth African-American to graduate from West Point and the first from Michigan. for a family website and converting DVDs and cds, putting them on a hard drive. The quality of the work is outstanding. McLean Parcel Plus is an exemplary example of how a small business can enhance community life. I know of others who are extremely pleased with their services.”

“Ed was really helpful with returning my Verizon router. He is funny and quick to solve issues. I didn’t know I would ever want to write a review about a UPS store but here we are.”

“I had a wonderful experience here. EMMA was very tall, quite funny and made the nightmare of dropping off a package much more tolerant. I will choose this location again, and i'll hope Emma is working!!”
