“This is a long overdue shout out to Cleveland, Oscar, Elizabeth, Gloria and Fredy, who all helped me get signs, business cards and a table cloth designed and delivered to a conference in San Francisco in December 2023. They were all proactive, professional and considerate in various ways during the process. Cleveland, especially, went above and beyond, helping me long distance, even staying after closing, when I was in San Francisco. I have always relied on this Fed Ex Center for a myriad of professional needs, from a few copies to retractable banner signs. After my experience with Cleveland in December, I am more loyal than ever. One of my strongest memories of that conference will be the service I received from Cleveland, Oscar, Elizabeth, Gloria and Fredy. I just want you all to know that it doesn't go unnoticed. “I needed to drop off a package for shipping and found myself near this FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. I'm glad I stopped by because I received exceptional service here. I've visited some of their other locations before, but I usually don't receive the best service. They don't have enough staff, which causes delays in turning around packages for shipment. But that wasn't the case here. As soon as I walked in, someone helped me and had my package ready to go in no time. The store was also clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this location.”
