“Amazing amazing place! Comes highly recommended from folks around NoVa (also Falls Church award program best auto repair shop 2022, 2023, 2025). It’s a family-run business + extra hands on deck. Felix was at a Honda dealership for several years before opening up shop. I came in with a rattling/wobbling car at highway speeds and tire issues, also checking for general issues since my car’s a 2009. All was double-checked, everything I wanted fixed was done well and my car drives so smooth now. I also feel they are honest and trustworthy because not only were fixes only done as I gave permission, but I also called another garage I know to verify their ballpark prices for fixes — they were almost exactly the same as Felix Auto Service’s quote. 10/10 will go back for future care issues”

“I brought my BMW to the shop for them to check my batteries. They informed me that one battery was dead and that they needed to replace it. The battery in question is approximately six months old. I did a little research and identified that my BMW might have a parasitic draw. When I spoke to the mechanics about this they were very accepting of my suggestion and said they would do some further testing. They did identify a draw and where it was coming from. Sadly, I had to pay for that item to be replaced, but now I expect my vehicle to run without any issues, with a new battery and a new water pump.
The staff kept me up-to-date on everything, and I really appreciated their ability to get my vehicle back to me as soon as they could. Not to mention, they were able to provide me with a loaner, which definitely helped out on any rental fees.
Recently, my girlfriend went on a trip and asked me to have her tires checked. I took her BMW to the shop and they identified a puncture and excessive treadwear. They changed the tires and got the vehicle back to her within one day.
The shop and the staff are top-notch. If you want good work done, at a good price, and if you like that mechanics are open to listening to any suggestions you might have, and act on them, then this is the one stop automotive shop for you.

“It's really hard to find honest mechanics these days and Mr. and Mrs. Du/Tu are amongst them. My family has been going to them for years and have nothing but good words to say. It's really nice having an honest mechanic who won't have you do unnecessary, expensive operations on your car. They do get busy, so I'd recommend giving them a call before you bring your car in.

“I had been going to Lee's Auto for years before we moved out of the neighborhood. We went to a shop closer to us for an inspection and to fix any issues my car might have (19-year-old Honda that has seen some things). Big mistake. The other shop took almost two weeks to give us an estimate and then told us they couldn't do some of the work. We took it back to Mr. Lee and within a couple of hours, he had an estimate of the work and by the next day, had the car fixed. Over the years, Mr. Lee has provided exceptional service. He gives timely estimates, stays within budget or calls if additional work needs to be done. He and his crew get the work done quickly and well. We're very pleased with his work and I will continue to take my car there even though we live 30-45 minutes away.”

“Guy name manuel is genuinely nice and good for the job but the rest of the crew need to work on their attitude! We’re here as a customer not a beggars. The owner used to stay at the shop he was really good with customers but these people either don’t engage with customers or be respectful!!!”
“I had taken my car in for a yearly check up and the mechanics there noticed that I had a nail in one tire and damage to another tire. Because I still has a warranty on my tires from BJs, I took my car there to see how much it would cost me to repair my tires.
When I arrived at BJs there was only one worker, Oumer, but they were busting their butt to make sure everyone was helped in a timely manner. Oumer also showed care for me as a customer by testing the issues the previous mechanic had pointed out. And thank goodness he did because both of my tires ended up being completely fine! Another tire rep may have simply replaced the tires to be done with it.
BJs tire management -- Oumer is a great worker and I hope you know how lucky you are to have him! However, while I waited, several people commented on how the tire center often only has one employee there to service cars and tend to customers. This is unacceptable. Especially given the fact that people also drop into the tire center for propane. To make sure you don't burn your employees out, I'd recommend having at least two people present in the shop.”
