This Walgreens is a clean, nice, big, and bright newer store near Falls Church. It is well staffed with competent, friendly, kind, professional, and efficient people. The pharmacy is excellent for prescriptions and vaccinations, with a drive-through and specific hours. The store is busy, with a large lot where parking can be tough. It lacks self-checkout, so waiting in line can be annoying. Customers can refill prescriptions, shop for health and beauty products, print photos, and more.
Great customer service at Walgreens! Akash was super friendly, easy to talk to, and really helpful. Even though it was busy, he took the time to check the inventory and make sure I got what I needed. You don’t see that kind of effort often—really appreciate it. Definitely recommend!!
