“Tracy Anderson has consistently exceeded expectations in her role. She not only fulfills her responsibilities with EXCELLENCE but also takes INITIATIVE to go above and beyond her regular duties. Her dedication, professionalism and PROACTIVE ATTITUDE have had a significativo positive impact on the team of Preston Compunding pharmacy. I hope she will motivate others through her example. If were 10 stars in a review I will give them to TRACY ANDERSON. Gratefully Miriam Zapata ARNP @ Family Wellness Clinic”

“I’ve had an excellent experience with West Falls Church Pharmacy. The pharmacist and staff are incredibly caring, attentive, and always go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of properly. They carefully review my medications, follow up when needed, and even call to make sure everything is correct and ready. They have also helped with delivery when needed, which has been incredibly convenient. It’s rare to find a pharmacy that provides such personal and thoughtful service. I truly appreciate everything they do and highly recommend West Falls Church Pharmacy. Thank you for always taking such great care of your customers!”

“Been going here for years. Best service, and always professional with a smile. Also a plus that they're located right next to Fairfax Inn. You can grab a bite to eat while you wait for your prescription to be filled. ???”

“Overall normal shopping experience, seems to me the store is laid out a bit more odd than other safeway's I have been to. The checkouts were really cramped and parking wasn't very good either. Prices in line with other stores. I only had to come here due to being in the area and picking up last minute items. Store was clean with Covid protections in place.”

“Although this store's grocery section has gone way downhill, its pharmacy is outstanding. It's clean and inviting, almost never crowded. And the pharmacists go out of their way to be helpful (shout out to Kaylan). They will take care of everything to switch you from your old pharmacy. You can also get your inoculations there.”

“I don't shop for groceries here, it's too expensive for my social security budget. But on occasion I will stop in to have pizza or something ready -to- eat if there is a special. I do like the pizza here.”

“After years of going to this Harris Teeter Pharmacy, my trust in them continues to be 5-Stars. Such educated and compassionate hands with the pharmacists and staff. Well worth the effort considering the distance I now live from this location (and continue using them)! I wouldn't trust anyone that doesn't give this pharmacy and staff the highest of marks.”

“This is a pretty nice Harris Teeter. It feels spacious despite being tucked into the heart of Falls Church City. There is a parking garage underneath that tends to have plenty of space at off hours. Street parking is available, although more limited. Overall, it is super convenient if you're in Falls Church and need to grab groceries! This store has a good selection of staples plus some more high-end selections, like American wagyu beef and dry-aged beef. There is also a wine bar and a Starbucks inside. I haven't tried either of them, but they look inviting. Be aware that this store can sell out of some produce quickly, so be willing to select alternate items if needed.”

“Daisy's kindness shines every time I visit Walgreens. She greets everyone with genuine warmth, patience, and a smile that makes the whole store feel brighter. Her excellent customer service isn't just about doing her job well - it's about the way she treats people, with respect, compassion, and sincerity. She is truly an outstanding human being, and Walgreens is lucky to have someone who brings so much heart to her work.”

“The pharmacists here are so nice! My whole family comes here for annual flu/covid shots, and have always found it a good experience. Just this weekend, Target in the same shopping center couldn’t fill my prescription - said it was back ordered for 1-2 weeks. Called this pharmacy, they answered the phone super fast and confirmed it was in stock. When I picked it up, the pharmacist showed me a savings program through the manufacturer I didn’t know about. What more could you want in a pharmacy?”

“as I walk out of my car I see the beautiful ruby red CVS logo so i know I'm at cvs. It is a lovely path as I walk into the beautiful red doors and place my feet on the lovely comfy carpet floor made of fabric. I was too exited and didn't know where to start. First, I went to get a pack of gum at the pharmacy. The glossy white heart with the vanilla white color when it says pharmacy. The rosy red wall is very beautiful and pulls the vibe of this place. I see my favorite gum flavor, watermelon and snatch it. I put it in my cart. I go to the freezer where the nutritious drinks are. The freezer is icy and cold and keeping the nutrients cold. I get a water. CVS water tastes the best. I gently put the water in my cart. I remember I need sunscreen. I walk while looking at the beautiful glossy white signs that tell me what to find in certain areas. I eventually find the sunscreen and take it. I eventually go and pay at then self checkout. I pay and the receipt was long and full of coupons for my next CVS trip. I totally recommend going here!”

“The CVS at Birch & Broad has been my neighborhood pharmacy for the past 2 years, and the whole pharmacy team is fantastic. Each team member I have interacted with has been kind, understanding, professional, and caring. When filling prescriptions, they have gone out of their way to understand my options, have expressed empathy when the co-pay is higher than expected, and tried to research alternatives. I have observed their interactions with other customers, and the team is consistently kind and empathetic, which is quite remarkable given their constantly full workloads. Many thanks.”

“This 5 stars is for Pam our cashier this afternoon. I'm actually not a fan of this Giant location due to always having the worst cashier experiences. But "Thank you, Pam" for being so friendly and kind. She was knowledgeable about their current sales and helped us make sure we were aware of them, which in return only made us pick up more items. This location could use more cashiers like Pam, she reminded me why I use to enjoy shopping at Giant Food stores but now unfortunately rarely shop at Giant. Keep being so sweet Pam, appreciate your warm smiles and hopefully our Commanders bring us a win today Pam.”

“Major props for the curbside pickup team! I've ordered curbside pick up more than a dozen times during covid. Every single time they have done a great job preparing my order and bringing it out to my car quickly. when they've had to make substitutions they told me what they made while loading the car in case I wanted to return whatever they substituted, which is an additional courtesy. This team has saved me from having to go into the grocery store for a fee of just $3 a trip. Great service and great team! It's very easy to make your order on the website. You can build your order throughout the week by just going onto the giant website and adding things to your cart. When you go back to the website, what you put in your cart previously will still be there. Then when you're ready to check out you can. I found that other grocery stores in the area have pick up times that fill up way in advance. With giant, I can place an order in the morning and pick up same day every time.”

“Huong (pharmacist) noted that the shelves did not stock the dosage of OTC vitamin my Dr told me to get. She ordered it for me and I hope to pick up on Mon night or Tues. Feke was also extremely patient and helpful when checking out at the front, trying to combine the correct coupons/discount.”

“Great CVS-great customer service. Helpful and informed pharmacy staff. The new self check-in system at the pharmacy has sped up the service and reduced wait time. One request is to post signs explaining the check-in process. This will reduce misunderstandings (and tension) with customers who do not understand the new system.”

“Friendly and very helpful staff! We shop here often and love how quick and easy it is to get in and out. The aisles are beautifully organized and clearly labeled, so it’s always easy to find exactly what we need. Make sure to sign up for their weekly promotions—I love their discounts, and right now cough and flu medicines are on sale! As a cool bonus, they are currently selling Falls Church hoodies and jackets (see pics!).”
