“Absolutely the best place we’ve had the pleasure of coming to so far in southern WV. The most hospitable hosts and wonderful amenities, Zollie and Sandy go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome during every second of their stay. They help guide for the entire area and recommend trails to ride, local places to eat, and even went out to dinner with us. Their location is very homey, clean, and well put together- worth every penny of an already reasonably priced stay. To top it off, when we had an issue with our belt and getting the new one back on among other things, he came and got it fixed for us within a couple of hours and the bill for that was surprisingly affordable too. My husband and I can’t think of a better place to stay, or a more reliable and hardworking couple to support- in amenities or in service work for our machine. We wish them nothing but success and happiness in their future endeavors!”

“So I have a 2020 hynduai veloster that the engine went out a couple weeks ago, These guys wasted no time what so ever putting a new motor in my car. Less than 24 hours. “I went to Cole Chevy in Bluefield. I left my house with low expectations. I’ve been working on my credit and it’s still not where I want it. Therefore, I honestly didn’t think that I could find a vehicle that I liked. I’m just that person who won’t settle if I’m going to pay the kind of money a vehicle cost, I want something that I like. Dillon Brasse came over to my car, I told him my situation. He went out on the lot and came back with a vehicle that I loved. I didn’t want to Purchase the first vehicle I saw so I went to Bristol the next day. Nothing compared to the Dodge Charger at Coles. I go back and Dillon was great. Chris Froy, Who has now helped me buy two vehicles, he worked hard to get me in that car with a payment I could afford. I couldn’t have asked to have been treated any better than Chris and Dillon In purchasing a vehicle. I have no reason to go out of Bluefield to find a vehicle that I don’t just only like I LOVE!! The next vehicle that I purchase will be from Dillon and Chris!! I highly recommend both of them.”
“Way back in March my truck lost compression in cylinder 4, and it was kind of a big deal. Both because of the estimated cost of repair, and how busy they are, it took months before they could even get to it, but as soon as they were able my truck was fixed, and for about half the initial estimate! “I cannot begin to recommend Steve enough. My grandfather was 6+ hours from home in his semi when his fan blew through his radiator. Steve took the time out of his evening to drive to Princeton Lowe’s and spend hours saudering a radiator upside down in the heat. Then was generous enough to call it a gift and say happy 70th birthday.When he left my grandfather was in tears saying God sends angels like him every once in a while when you need it the most. Steve we can’t that you enough! Hope you get some good karma sent your way. And your wife enjoys the dinner!”

“Hometown Service Center took excellent care in making sure my Equinox was riding smoothly. The other day I brought it down to have them look at the battery icon on my dashboard (Me thinking that it was the alternator), they ended up telling me that the serpentine belt was gone and that I needed a replacement belt and tensioner (They even showed me what happened to further explain which was helpful). To top it off, they had the replacement in and done within an hour. Which if I can be honest when i got the call from them telling me it was done, I was surprised, and now its running smoothly again.Fair pricing and do recommend stopping by if in the area.Service: General repairs & maintenance”
