She was amazing help, such a kind and courteous person, able to explain things that I didn’t even know about the account that i’ve held for about 6 years now. “I like the fact I can go to the grocery store and bank at the same time! As before I would get off work on Friday and sometimes be to late to make it to the bank to either deposit or cash my check so I could do my weekly shopping and other things that would be due the hours are longer and just great people to deal with every week I only use 2 locations and that's ferry farm Walmart and central park Walmart but both are generally pretty friendly fast and act like they are interested in helping you! Only had 1 problem well I was just not satisfied by the way they handled the situation when my card was used and I didn't know what it was for but they said they had to cancel my account and get a new card issued and had to wait up to 30 days at the maximum time to be refunded my money when other banks would have put it right back on the same day or within 24 hours of telling them that the card was used for something that was not approved by me but it has now been 3 weeks and still not being able to get my money back and tell me that they have no idea why or what I am to do the same thing happen to my fiance and they are telling her that they can't do anything about it because the transaction happened close to where she lives but but that doesn't make sense because we are in Stafford county and transaction was in Woodbridge and NY city needless to say we both have lost money and we had to deposit more in our account so bills were paid on time just a little aggravated and feel like we could have been refunded the whole amount at the time we brought it to there attentionBut overall it is a good bank and convenient especially for those who need a second chance”

“I've been banking at another military credit union who recently changed their name. In comparison, Navy Federal makes that CU look like a child's piggy bank. The Navy Federal app is great and not glitchy like the other CU. I feel that Navy Federal has put more money into on-line security and is more on the ball generally. Plus, everyone is always friendly when I go into a branch.”

They don't offer a temporary card or even a mobile temporary card. Website is buggy. This bank is like stuck on in the 2000s......”

“I have a trucking company filled out my EFS check. I'm given a number by a broker to partially pay for a fuel advance or the load. The teller asked me a few questions took my identification, which I have an account number here went pretty smoothly. Everybody was in a good attitude. I forgot to say merry Christmas. “Went to the George Street location today because my dad recently passed away and we needed to remove his name from my daughter’s account. Carter was amazing and went above and beyond to be sensitive, caring and make sure our needs were met. Initially it appeared we would have to come back later because no manager was in and the two bankers had other appointments, however Carter listened to our situation, spoke with a banker, repeatedly came back to us with information and returned to the banker with more questions. Carter solved all of our issues without us having to make a return visit. Not only that - Carter was amazingly kind regarding the entire situation.
