To mitigate his stress, the day began with a gentle approach, including a courtesy visit to the vet, confirmation of the 10am appointment, and a weight check, followed by a break for breakfast. A walk on the High Bridge Trail provided additional relaxation before the appointment. Normally, Scrapy transforms into a grizzly bear or T-Rex at the vet, but this time, thanks to Dr. Kellum's empathetic approach and her team's ability to manage Scrappy's needs, the visit was a standout success. Scrapy even enjoyed socializing with the team afterward, marking a significant improvement from past visits.

Kat was always prompt and communicated wonderfully, letting me know when she was on her way and when she was leaving each visit. She took excellent care of both my cat and dog every day and went above and beyond by sending lots of pictures and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind. They were short staffed, so my pizza came out a little bit later than the rest of the food; however, they boxed it up for me and it was delicious! My kids loved their food off of the kids menu, and my wife, who has celiac, was able to get a delicious meal that was gluten free.
The atmosphere is that of a vintage diner. It was like a step back in time and I can't wait to go back and visit the ice cream bar.
