I would like to thank the lady on the left behind the counter and Chris Acosta, I went in needing a tail light for my F150 that I recently got on 6-22 the next day I went back with a problem ,he came out to my truck and helped. I went back on 7-1 to purchase two head light units later I began to second guess what I needed so again Chris Ascosta was going to switch what got for LEDs he made the change then went went out to make sure that I had what I needed, we looked under the hood took a picture and found out that he HAD sold me the right one’s, So we went back in and changed it back to the start. So by now most people would have been angry , but Chris and Fisher was AWESOME I never felt like I was stupid , I was treated with the highest of respect.I will always go there and I am telling every one that I know. “Great work, Jamie from Gretna is the best . He told me the last person stripped oil plug and put a temporary fix on it . So then I called big super store ..u know and they tried to say the used a evac system and didn't touch plug. Said it was stuck I said sounds like someone was covering their tracks to me cause Jamie said the plug came right off with hyluc seal . Then the big store said they would pay to have it fixed . So they knew ... But anyway Jamie is awesome and really help my disabled mom out cause she don't know nothing about cars .”
