“Apparently, this is a "new" owner and the name has changed in the past two weeks or so, so I am the first Yelper as he's spent the last two weeks getting ready to open! I was traveling on a road trip up in the mountains and we had just put in "home" as our destination... when the car died. I called around various places who didn't answer the phone or were located in another state by accident, or people who didn't service what I needed or were busy. I happened upon this nice guy named Travis who took us even when he was not scheduled to take appointments AND he pretty much knew from what I told him what was wrong, and I had AAA tow my car there. The two truck service would not take both of us but that's another story. ANYWAY, After a long Uber fiasco and I was hungry and tired and grouchy from two ubers costing about 50 dollars due to Uber mistake and the second one dropping us off wrong place and we had to walk down a hill with a suitcase, I saw the car and Travis and he was DONE with our car! He'd gotten the part, installed it and mostly finished charging the battery as well. We know what alternator's cost already and he did not over charge, instead helped us... and he was pleasant to boot. Had two lovely dogs, and everyone friendly. I can't say how thrilled I was on how accommodating and nice he was. Some would have bilked us, or said sorry won't help till tomorrow leaving us to take two more Ubers to a hotel and back again so we were able to get home only 2.5 hours later than expensive. It was in the mid to late afternoon too! Ona FRIDAY... what a guy. THANK YOU TRAVIS. Good luck with your new ownership! If you keep this up, you'll be super successful.”
