CVS offers great customer service with a friendly and helpful pharmacy team. The drive-thru pharmacy is fast, often having prescriptions ready the same or next day. Staff members are consistently kind and professional, even when busy. Customers appreciate quick service, including photo order pickups that are completed promptly and at a good price with available coupons. However, some customers find the new voicemail system difficult to use, making it hard to reach the pharmacy by phone, which can be frustrating. Overall, CVS provides a positive experience with attentive staff and efficient service, though the phone system may need improvement.

Out of each CVS locations located in the city of lynchburg today’s experience trumped them all with the great customer service we was provided by Deloris, So with being said I will be traveling further for my outstanding customer service from this point on!!!!
