“Wine Gallery 108 is an absolute treasure, and Lisa Katic is the gem that makes it shine. Her ability to thoughtfully curate wines from around the world is unmatched — she truly knows her vineyards, her makers, and how to keep her selections both exceptional and reasonably priced.
Every visit feels like a discovery, but my favorite find so far has been the Poire Granit cider from the Loire Valley in France — crisp, elegant, and unforgettable.

“Gary at Total Wine Springfield, VA was absolutely fantastic. My fiancé and I came in to buy wine for our wedding and were lucky enough to be helped by him. He was charismatic, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help us find the right wines. Gary introduced us to several brands we had never heard of and took the time to educate us along the way. Thanks to his recommendations, we skipped buying 14 bottles of the same Château Ste. Michelle Riesling and instead walked out with 17 bottles of Gary’s favorite picks from that week. “Matk the sommelier turned wine agent at the Alexandria Total Wine & More store gave our group a wonderful lecture, tasting and discussion of California grapes and wines in the store's event classroom.
Participants brought the nibbles and the party's hosts provided the wines. It was a grand evening of learning and social conviviality. I highly recommend having a wine party at the Total Wine &More store of Alexandria.”
“Legit ABC store!Walked in, was greeted quickly, and bounced ideas off the staffer. Ended up with a glorious bottle, and threw it in my bag like a hobo. Credit accepted. Easy parking, though not a lot. There's more parking at the shopping center next door.”

“If you need something on your way out of Charles county, this is the last liquor store for 5 miles. Some of the prices are way more expensive than I was used to but it's clean and the staff was friendly”
“I go to this store a few times a year (when I am I. The area) and I am always greeted and welcomed to the store with a smile. Helpful staff and some good deals to be had throughout the entire store. This store us great for a quick trip or if you need to grab a few things for a party or your personal bar. This store is also located in a great area.”

“If you ever find yourself wandering into ABC Liquor Store, pray you get Sandra and Samuel on shift. These two are like the dynamic duo of generosity. Not only do they know every drink under the sun, but they also have a PhD in “Randomly Giving Free Liquor.”
I swear, I walked in for one bottle of wine and left feeling like I’d just won a mini jackpot. Sandra gave me a wink and a free sample, Samuel tossed in a tiny bonus because he said, “Why not?” At this point, I’m half expecting them to start a side hustle called “Liquor for Laughs”.
If you want excellent service, a few laughs, and maybe even a free drink or two, ABC Liquor with Sandra and Samuel is your new favorite happy place. Just don’t be surprised if you leave thinking, “Did I just make new best friends at a liquor store?””
“I can only speak to the craft beer portion. But because they're part of the Neighborhood Restaurant Group, they receive some truly rare beers that not even the best beer shops can get their hands on! Prices are fair. Staff is very knowledgeable.Recommendation is to open up more of their selection to both The Front Porch and Evening Star Cafe”

“Greetings! I like the selection of wines at this store. They sell a nice variety of sweet wines, which are my personal favorite. The store is clean and well stocked and questions asked are answered thoroughly.
The reason I did not give the store 5 stars, however, is due to the fact that I do believe the greetings and offer of service upon arrival could be elevated to improve the experience and make the patrons visit more informative and enjoyable without the patron having to approach the employee and ask for assistance.”

It was great to have Lisa take her time and share details with you that you didn’t know would be so helpful. “As soon as I walked through the door I was welcomed with a friendly smile and a kind greeting. As I was walking around trying to find the different bottles I wanted one of the employees, Zen, offered to help me. He helped me find everything I needed and made recommendations on better options for what I wanted. He made everything so much easier and saved me so much time. Absolutely fantastic employee! He was so helpful and nice, I can't say enough good things about him. Now I know which store to always go to!”

“Lots of unique beverages and samples at the World Market. I love how they thoughtfully create a holiday ambience. I noticed. Sparkling rose tea - all natural & no sugar caught my eye. I bought it immediately. They had samples of coffee & tea at the front of the store. I tasted both and found them pleasant & unique in taste. Their Halloween items of floating candles, accessories, and plates were eye catching yet not tempting enough to purchase at regular prices. Definitely a place worth checking out and trying some samples of coffee & tea.”

“It's a liquor store, whats there to say?Parking is a hassle. I always park in front of the movie theater and run across the street. I prefer to drive to Rose Hill shopping center ABC. Easy in and out. ABC is always well stocked and courteous clerks.”

“It's so quiet in here, felt like shopping for liq in a library lol. they had a nice clearance section, bought peppermint rumchata for $15, normally double that price. spiked egg nog for $5. they have a nice selection overall.”
“Without a doubt one of the best ABCs around!! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable on the products sold. Except for that one time, but we're not going to count that against them. Always random finds (gems) and great conversations. Only wish it was closer haha, but that's just me being selfish.”

“me and my mom will come here for what i call 'fort belvoir fridays' it is always such a good time i get excited seeing the base (the military was tough at times but i always made it through and i definitely think it improved my life one quote that has stuck with me so much is colin powell 'No matter how hungry you all are, lieutenant, you must never appear hungry. No matter how terrified you are, lieutenant, you must never look terrified. Because if you are scared, tried, hungry and cold…. they will be scared, tired, hungry and cold." i really feel for people on that one when i was in the signal corps doing morning formations) and i have a deep appreciation for the military as well to think of soldiers standing up for the country values or the fun side too being overseas living in germany or hearing of people getting korea as their duty station i have somewhat of a understanding for the lifestyle (i sympathize when i see people who look like they are hanging on to their job and where they live or think it's cool when i see the longterm personnel who adapt to that way of living pt the unit many years of commitment and even 'indoctrination' where too mil and affiliates can solve all my problems) um one thing that'll be real cool here is when we look around we'll also see other guests and i'll be reminded of like being in tradoc and getting your civilians or nco's and being stationed somewhere else it was georgia & germany mostly for me ft meade too the cashiers here have been phenomenal with their professionalism and demeanor a guy like a statue i'll definitely daydream about stuff like the hot gas station food or when i was in the barracks so this will be a pitstop i had mused about meeting people (i am pretty anchored here and thought i could be useful but then again i am a veteran and out) but heard warnings about that or also not wanting complaints for example”
