Slater's Market is a local gem and neighborhood shop offering excellent food and gourmet items. It provides great friendly service with a helpful and friendly staff. The menu features delicious sandwiches, including top notch breakfast sandwiches, hot and cold options like the caprese and BBQ pulled pork, and a wonderful charcuterie plate. They use the finest, most flavorful ingredients. The market also sells great wine, beer, ice cream, European chips, cookies, and other special treats and cool things. Everything feels carefully chosen. It is a spot for regular visits and is always a pleasure.
Went for lunch on a Sunday recently, lived a 15 minute walk away for a couple years and regret not going sooner. Great selection of sandwiches, beer/wine, etc. had the Chicken De Lovely on the rustic baguette

Offerings are extensive, however, I have fell in love with their egg salad sandwich and go back strictly for that. YUM!

Terrific little market with delicious sandwiches and a wide selection of wines. We devoured the turkey sandwich on cranberry bread, super flavorful, though a bit heavy on the gravy. The caprese had really good bread but was a little light on the fillings. Overall, great flavors all around and definitely worth a stop.
