I had a few questions I needed clarification on BEFORE the quote and she answered them with NO problem. you know how some people have a tone in their voice like “ughh what do you want” even when I was nervously laughing she reassured me that she was in no rush and no question is a dumb question. She explained everything really well & her energy was magnificent. You can tell Cortney enjoys what she does and she does it ABOVE expectations. “Renee is top notch!!!! I live in VA and my previous insurance company (of 14 years) informed me that my rate would go up by a little over of $100. When I inquired why as I hadn’t had any accidents or incidents, they said “because of new laws in VA”. I immediately started to search for a new company. I met with Renee and not only was she able to secure me a rate LOWER than my original rate with the other company she was able to secure higher coverage amounts. I’m in the process of buying a new vehicle so I sent Renee an email after closing to Renee, and I received the response before noon the very next day.
