“This was our first visit to Belk Outlet and Jeanette met us at the door and explained an overview of the store and the various discount offers. During our visit she was readily available to answer any questions. At checkout she went over the receipt explaining the discounted prices. She definitely has a customer focus and is great Belk ambassador.”
“Place is trip back to the early 2000s when it comes to clothing and culture and I love the beautiful black staff that works there, they are very helpful and comfortable to work with.”
“I love this store. The employees make the store a great place to shop. I been going to this store for years and the store is always clean and the employees can't be more helpful. There is always a manager there if you have any questions. Love it!”
“Excited for the self checkout lanes to be shut down, having more than 2 aisles open per store would be a little more appropriate for a trillion dollar corporation.”
