“I enjoy coming to this location in the morning. Gas is cheaper if you pay inside, and the store manager is a SWEETHEART. Sometimes, I go in just to say hello to her.”

“I went in to buy a bag of chips and a couple Gatorades. The owner who was working the counter rang up the Gatorade at 2 for $6 instead of the 2 for $5 that is being promoted. I didn't catch his mistake. He did and stopped the transaction and rang it up correctly. I appreciate his honesty and if I lived near here this would be the only gas station I would visit.”

“Wawa is a staple for me. This particular wawa is amazing. Every encounter i have had with the staff there has always exceeded expectations. The food is always great. The store and bathrooms clean. Even during an encounter where another customer took my order from their counter and walked off with it, they replaced it immediately and apologized. Great job wawa!”

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
