“4 years ago we purchased a Jotul gas log stove from another dealer in another town. Installation did not go well and scheduling with them was horrible. We stumbled onto Glover Enterprises doing a search because no way were we going back to that other store. We were putting in a wood stove in our garage and needed piping etc. Not only were they knowledgeable in what we needed but helped us figure out exactly what we had to do. Now this year they have not only serviced our Jotul but also replaced our logs.Excellent service! By the way, the other store told us that Glover was going out of business! Highly doubtful as they are going strong after 46 years! Highly recommend them.”

“EDIT: The owner reached out to me, scheduled a technician to come out, and brought me replacements for both the washer and dryer! He apologized about the way I was treated and agreed that this was unacceptable. Great guy for reaching out and making this right. I will definitely continue to shop here in the future.Spent 500 bucks on a GE Washer and dryer, top load. Got home, an hour away, plugged the dryer in and it didn't work. Called and complained and they told me I could bring it all the way back to have it fixed and that was my only option. I investigated the issue myself and found the start button to be bad. Fixed that, hooked up the washer, and discovered that the hot water doesn't work. Ran an empty load with cold water before I tried to wash clothes, and you wouldn't believe the nasty gunk in the tub after only 5 min of washing (picture attached) I have several other appliances I will be shopping for in the near future and it definitely won't be from here. It's ridiculous to have to drive 2 hours round trip, plus possibly having to leave it behind to get repaired and then have to come back again to pick up items that you just purchased. You would think these things would be thoroughly cleaned and tested before sold but they obviously are not.UPDATE: the second wash in and the machine will not fill up with water. Fills for 5 seconds then stops. When you open then close the top it will fill for an additional 5 seconds then stop. Filled manually so i could finish this load and then discover it also doesnt spin, so now my bedding is wet and cant dry it. This all should have been discovered if the items were actually tested before being sold”

“So I relocated a year ago, July 2022. Around January when visiting my daughter I came across this beautiful sectional. I was out browsing yesterday in search of a table or tv stand to put my tv on because I like to rearrange my furniture at least quarterly but I am limited because my tv is mounted on the wall. Well to my delight the sectional I have been looking at since January was now on sale!!My sales experience was so stress free yes I said stress free and accommodating.The manager is a very hard working woman. She helped me carefully select items to fit into my quaint apartment. The young man Kavon (forgive me if I misspelled the name) went above and beyond and helped me get my furniture from the store in Spotsylvania to my home. After he got off work!!!There were other customers in the store that was so nice and peaceful… and there was no sense of urgency in the atmosphere.I was able to take my time and make my selection and after I finally selected everything and paid for my items the sectional was missing a piece.Oh no! I was crushed. The young man came from the back and informed me of what was going on. Well I sat there on the floor model and waited for the manger to come out to see if there was any way I could still get this sectional that I had been looking at since January.End of the story I got my sectional a desk and chair an area rug and two end tables for a very handsome price.Enjoy the pics!!!! Plugged it in and ran it to make sure it worked. Showed me how to thread correctly on that type of machine because my original little one was a different pattern. Then told me about what needle works best with what material. Will definitely go back.”
