“David III is a legend! Best customer service ever.
I was literally wandering the aisles looking totally desperate trying to find the right bug spray for my backyard when David III (he’s from plumbing—look for the three I’s on his apron!) actually walked up and asked if I needed help.
Seriously, this was the best customer service I’ve ever had. I was trying to find an insect solution that wouldn't harm my pets or my veggie garden, and I also needed to track down a very specific glue to fix a cracked steel pipe on my pressure washer. Neither of those things had anything to do with the plumbing department, but he still chose to spend a solid amount of time walking around and helping me figure it all out.
He is super smart, patient, and really understanding. You could tell he genuinely enjoyed troubleshooting and actually wanted to help me fix my problems. It’s so rare to get someone who cares that much and goes out of their territory just to help a frustrated customer. If you go to this Home Depot, find David III!”
“Great prices and nice people. Best place to save - just not more local than sunbelt and united rentals for me. Sometimes I wish I'd just stick with Home Depot vs paying more for convenience”
