“Great customer service at Meadows Farms Fredericksburg today. I came in with a VIP text coupon for mulch, but the employee helping me, Hayden, initially thought the sale didn’t start until next week. She took a photo of the text to look into it, and I bought the mulch anyway.
Later that day Hayden called me personally to say she had checked on it, realized the VIP deal did apply, and had already refunded the difference to my card. She said she couldn’t stop thinking about the fact that I had the coupon but didn’t get the discount.
That kind of follow-up is rare. Hayden went above and beyond. Meadows Farms earned a customer for life. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“Placed on order foe concrete stepping stones online. They were ready for pick up right away, went in the store and a beautiful woman helped me at the pick up desk. She called into the back, Conner came out with them and helped me load them up.

“I visited Stanford Nursery today. Brad was nice to help me and answer all my questions. His staff was also great and a good help. The nursery was so organized and the plants were well taken care of. I was also lucky to be able to pick out some flagstone rocks for my pond that were $1 each! I’m so happy I found this place!”
