“I visited Stanford Nursery today. Brad was nice to help me and answer all my questions. His staff was also great and a good help. The nursery was so organized and the plants were well taken care of. I was also lucky to be able to pick out some flagstone rocks for my pond that were $1 each! I’m so happy I found this place!”

“Great customer service at Meadows Farms Fredericksburg today. I came in with a VIP text coupon for mulch, but the employee helping me, Hayden, initially thought the sale didn’t start until next week. She took a photo of the text to look into it, and I bought the mulch anyway.

Later that day Hayden called me personally to say she had checked on it, realized the VIP deal did apply, and had already refunded the difference to my card. She said she couldn’t stop thinking about the fact that I had the coupon but didn’t get the discount.

That kind of follow-up is rare. Hayden went above and beyond. Meadows Farms earned a customer for life. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“I drove out to this location to get some last minute winter storm items. One item in particular, I could not find. A gentleman working the evening of 1/23/26 was determined to help me out and didn’t give up till he found it high up on a shelf. Thank you for the taking the time and putting my mind at ease knowing I had the emergency supplies I needed. You don’t see too many people bother these days, and it’s appreciated so much.

Update: I actually ended up needing to use the tool this season. The situation would have been much worse without it, thank you!”

They were so patient and helpful, carefully listening to all of my odd questions and trying to help me find what I needed. They were friendly and smiling and put me at ease after feeling like a bother for taking up their time. Please give them a bonus or something. :)”
