“After rotating and balancing with RNR, my ride is as smooth as glass. I have a lifted truck with 33” tires so it’s very easy to tell when the wheels are well balanced. If you care about long term tire wear and performance, it’s best to deal with true tire/wheel professionals such as these.

“Carpenters has consistently done great work at fair prices. We recently worked with them for over a month on a repair for a recently purchased used car. After 3 months, it had a major issue requiring a full engine replacement. We had a warranty that did not cover the repair. Throughout the process, the team at Carpenters worked with the warranty company and then with us to make the repair happen. While we were deeply disappointed with the warranty company, Carpenters worked closely with us all the way and ultimately did all they could to bring our out of pocket costs down on the replacement.”

The service techs always answer the phone when you call and that also is a plus... “Highest Recommendation! These guys are straight, honest, and fair. Forced to take my vehicle in today to the dealership for a recall, no real issue requiring repair, but also included "complimentary free inspection", which of course revealed $600 worth of maintenance/repairs. Left there, drove straight to SysTech, took me right in and did the 2 items that really needed to be done for 1/3 less than the dealership quoted. And this is not the first time they've saved us money! Trevor, the service writer is very nice and helpful, and the technicians appear quite competent and professional! Every time I need help with my 13 y/o truck with 155K miles on it, these guys come through!”
