“I can’t say enough good things about Minster’s Auto Repair! Ed, the owner, went above and beyond for me and my wife. We had car troubles on route 301 and stopped by Minister Auto Repair. We needed an immediate repair and the shop was about to close soon, but Ed saved the day! He stayed two hours after closing just to make sure our vehicle was taken care of and that me and my wife could get safely to our destination.
That kind of dedication, compassion, and genuine concern for customers is hard to find these days. Ed didn’t just provide great service — he showed that he truly cares about the people he helps.

“I can't say enough about the guys at the tire shop. Today I went to get my tires rotated and I had a bad stud and the lug wouldn't come off ,they worked on it well over an hour finally they got the tire off the stud fixed and got me back on my way. I wasn't a mile down the road and my car broke down.i called the tire shop to ask if they could help and one came jumped started my car I was afraid to drive it across to oreillys for a part so he drove me over then he went back to work. A few minutes later he came back to oreillys to check on me and offered to fix my car once I got the part. These men went way above and beyond their work and duty. They never left me stranded and continued to check on me. Thankfully I got my car home but I'm so thankful for these men and for the time they took to fix my tire problem but to also help me beyond tire repair. Sincerely thankful, the toyota yaris chic”

“I got a referral from a local auto supply that Northern Neck had a very hard to find power seat for a Nissan NV 2500 van. Thankfully, I got through to Heather, she was so kind and helpful. They were over 2 hours from us and when I mentioned that, she said they will ship for free to any business location. I have a local friend that has an auto shop, she sent the invoice, we paid it, and she said it will probably go out in 2 days. This is my first time dealing with them and what a great experience it was. I'm sure excited to find one, I was getting stressed out and they came through.
