“The Fredericksburg SPCA is a wonderful non profit organization focused on helping the community through fosters, rescues, and surrenders. The shelter survives on donations and volunteers, but mostly the tender care each of the staff members has for each furry resident. The facility is remarkably clean compared to some shelters I have visited and the have a rigorous sanitation policy. Yes, you may get a whiff of urine, but it is challenging to not have that smell at any facility. Remember, these furry companions are not their home where they are used too and are sometimes scared and unsure.
I highly recommend anyone who has a few spare hours a month to go through the one hour orientation and perhaps volunteer an hour or two a month. Yes, you can eventually walk the pups after a several hours of volunteership, but other chores also need to be performed such as washing linens, cleaning floors and pens, organizing donations, and sanitizing dinner bowls. The kitty sanctuary is one of the best I have seen.”
“The tour guides were great very informative for my daughter's field trip,So many things to do,So many adventures to have,So many memories waiting for you to make.A true staple as well as a local treasure.One of fredericksburg's most fabulous experiences.”
“Your establishment needs to petition the county to have a turn lane to enter your drive. There is going to be a serious accident there one day especially since harrison road has become increasingly busy over the past 5 years”
“Attended the Elby Brass Band concert on the steps of the library last night. It was a fantastic show and the library was very accommodating. The concert was well attended. Recommend bringing lawn chairs or a blanket to sit on the grass.”

“One of the coolest places around to visit! Must say, you can find anything from a front door, all the way down the line to a toilet or even a TV. I currently am employed here at habitat and love my job. I'm trying to organize the store along with keeping customers happy and safe. So come on in and see all the cool things we have to offer.”
“I love this YMCA! The people here are like family. The Kidz Corner employees are always loving to my children and my kids have a fun time playing with all the toys, sport activities, and friends. The preschool teachers are kind and truly enjoy teaching little ones. The exercise classes are fun and provide a challenging workout. The facilities are clean and usually not too crowded. If you’re considering a gym, definitely try this Y!”
“Sorry that Lisa had an uncomfortable experience at St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store. It is an all-volunteer ministry doing it's best to earn funds to help those in need in our area. We have no paid staff.

“I visited your store today beside Gaints. The town and country store. I must say it is like a breath of fresh air. From the time you enter the store to the time you leave. The friendly and family feel you get when you walk in. And the way they care about your customers. I got to meet one of your managers, his personality is truly breath taking. And I love the way he interacts with all the customers and is so helpful and kind. You can tell the customers love him. I believe his name is jazs, i called him sky because of his eyes. But he truly takes pride in his job, the customers and his employees. I wanted to just say that i understand now what your mission is all about. And it shows the way you hire people who are so quick to make a difference in peoples lives they meet even for the first time. This is truly favorite store. And you now have me as a loyal customer. Again I wanted to thank you for such a great experience.”

Megan B is the first therapist I’ve had who has actually helped me, and she is amazing. There are some really amazing groups here too that are incredibly helpful.
